BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The last two orders of blowpipes were damaged and they claimed its UPS causing the damage but the tube that the pipes came in was solid not damaged! I asked for a refund and Mary Jo Steinert said she would have to charge me to fix the blowpipes if I ship them back to her, and to do a claim with UPS. I guess they count on the customers doing all the work for them. The worst customer service EVER! The first shipment she said the same thing (You need to pay to repair them), I thought it was UPS and wanted to give this company a second chance but little did I know that the second order would be damaged as well. The blowpipes were packaged correctly so obviously the problem is not ups! They tape a label on the package with instructions on how to do the ups claim. I guess they do this a lot.

I don’t know of a better company or if it’s even possible for there to be a better company. Everybody I know uses them and their optic molds are awesome too.
