First off Id like to make clear I have never rented equipment from this company, although I certainly would based off my experience. I had an incident with this company which was also the first time I had ever heard of them, or contacted them. I must say, the professionalism and integrity of the manager, Kristian, is why Id highly recommend them. Even though I wasnt a regular customer, or a repeat customer, and for that matter not a customer at all, Kristian did the right thing and took care of something that easily could have been argued and gone back and forth over. This man didnt know at the time, and still does not as of writing this review, that I actually own an excavation business and often times I will rent equipment for various job sites. Kristian handled my issue and concern with professionalism, speed and care. I will be using Sunstate in the near future for some equipment needs because of this. Its hard to find an honest place to do business with these days that simply does the right thing, because its the right thing to do. Sunstate earned my trust, and future business.

Kevin at the Renton shop is amazing! I had a strange request where I needed a light tower to help out a nonprofit youth football team so they could practice and he stepped up to save the day! Above and beyond, and now, anything I need for my business will be done thru Sunstate. I appreciate you guys and so does my team!
