They looked it over and gave me a quote and were able to fit me in their next business day. Didnt do the work. Collected hundreds. Gave me A hand written receipt. Instantly after I left it said check charge system. I asked him what that meant, he ignored me. It was the alternator he supposedly fixed.

I went there yesterday because my car was missing an exhaust. Also the resonator needed replaced. Also the tube from the catalytic converter to the exhaust needed replaced. They told me they would call me when the parts are in. They called me today and I went in at 2:00pm I was done in 15 minutes. It was the fastest service I ever had. Good price also charged me $450 plus tax. Especially for everything that was wrong with the car. Phil was so nice and did a great job at fixing my car. I recommend them to everyone!! I was glad they were able to fix my car and now it’s nice and quiet!!

They were very laid back down to earth got me a good price on my alternator and got it done the same day I brought it. They are deffinitely a good place to take your car in for their work. Ill be back forsure when i have another problem with my vehicle.

2001 Jeep lost its muffler on the road and these guys had it fixed in a day for a very reasonable price. Saved my week!

The guy seemed good and knows what hes doing. However, I took my vehicle in Friday and took him the whole weekend plus Monday to decide that he can not do the work. He never kept me in the loop and I had to run to his shop three times since he was ignoring my calls.

This is a great shop to get your car fixed right. I was very pleased with my experience. They are honest men who give you a fair price. I got work done that would have cost $150-250 somewhere else. They charged me $100 plus they found I had an evap leak and they fixed that for free. All in all I would go back.

Went this morning to see why I hear a rattling in my muffler area. Two mechanics looked at the area, asked me more questions, and conclusion was that its not my muffler or exhaust system. Nothing was leaking. It was a cover under a certain panel. They tightened it up showed me where the trouble was. No charge! God bless them! This isnt the first time Ive been here. These men are top rate. Some have served our country, so Id come back again for their service and customer professionalism. Dont know what was wrong with that other reviewer-but Im real and Id recommend them again.

Went here to have my car looked at and to compare prices. The employee behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful from the get go. I should have known better to stay, especially after he wouldn’t even pull my car into the garage onto the rack himself. Nope! Made my uncle, who came with me, do it instead. He sat behind the counter watching tv. I had forgotten to mention to him that I had my broken muffler in the trunk of my car, before he put it on the lift. Once I did, he was very annoyed and sarcastic about having to lower my car, open the trunk and take out the muffler to look at it. By then, I had decided to look out the office window into the garage to watch him look at my car. I didn’t trust the guy, especially with his negative attitude and complete loss of customer service. I’m nosey. Don’t really care! My car, my money, my business plain and simple. No sooner did I glance out the window, he came running back into the waiting room. Told me that I could not be standing/walking around and looking out the window into the garage. Said he had guns and money behind the counter and that I had to sit down.That was it! Didn’t care for his price estimation, he was a complete rip off. Don’t know how they stay open, especially with lazy and ignorant employees like that. Will never ever ever go back or recommend that place to anyone. I work in the customer/food service industry and deal with hungry people every day, never once have I or will I ever treat someone the way that I was treated by this establishment. Just a piece of advice, the quickest way to lose a job/business is to have customers complain about horrible service. They don’t even deserve a 1-Star rating, heck they don’t even deserve to be mentioned anymore.

Went there today 12/20/18 for an estimate on my muffler. A VERY shady employee said he would fix my truck immediately for $600 cash. Just put the money in this envelope. The job is about $250 actually. I dont know if this guy was trying to rep his boss off or the IRS. Obviously he wanted to RIP me off. Beware!!

The other reviews are more than likely fake! Budget told me I need a complete muffler system for $350. they told me there was no other way. I took it to Mr. Cs on Storer Ave in Cleveland Ohio (I work out there), he fixed it for $45 and it is now super quiet. Mr. Cs told me the fix will last about a year, if it broke again he would fix it for free. Mr. Cs gave me a complete muffler system quote at $200. thats Way Way cheaper then Budget! Budget Muffler is rip off. They dont like small jobs and on the big jobs they charge you almost double what any other place would charge.

We took my daughters 98 toyota camery to get exhaust worked on, which they did, i cant complain about that, car has an oil leak, he said its the rear main seal, so since things were slow there he said he can do it for $250, which is a great deal, but when my daughter picked it up and got home, it was still leaking oil in the same spot between the motor and transmission, so i called them, he said bring it back, so we did, and said it was the oil pan gasket, which was done prior to that, which i had my hand around the pan edge and i couldnt feel any leak,waited a few more days, just got it back, same leak, same spot, i called twice, and both times he wasnt available, go figure, so im going to have a certified mechanic figure it out and video to see whats up, im not a happy camper at the moment, either you can fix it or not, dont give customers the run around, 250 down the drain right into your pocket.

DO NOT GO HERE!! i think these reeviews on here ar fake. i took my truck here to get an exhaust. they priced it at 270. it was way cheaper than antwhere else and now i know why. they put the exhaust on next morning it was leaking. i look under and i see smoke rolling out where it wasnt clamperd right. and they put nmy old rusty clamps back pn. i went back and he said well i gave you a deal on it so he takes it in and WELDS my ehaust shut so now if i need a new one im screwed.. ill need to replace the whole thing insteda of the piece that would break. and all the workers are rude and disrespectful and dirty.. DO NOT GO HERE SPEND THE EXTRA!!

I spent a lot of money here an now I have to hire mechanics from out side because their mechanic quit.The tell me to take it to someone else because they dont do that kind of wook there now that their mechanic quite I highly warm everyone to stay away.This is the worst shop of my life.Thet make you feel low when you come in to have something fixed that you already paid for.

Wish I could give 0 stars, but they sold me a car with a blown head gasket and didnt feel the need to tell me. Rude workers, too. Smoking inside the building and everything. Trailer trash.
