First time here, and I expected it to be a lot worst. But it was good. Not perfect, but I think that with some improves they can get perfect. Thank you for the help and for really trying to help and not just gave me the I cant help.

This store is cool employees are cool but you have to make sure you let them know how many packages you are picking up i ended up going 2 times

This is a really wonderful FedEx location. At the peak of Christmas/Holiday business, Rob (Manager), Alex, and Brittany made shipping presents to my family at the end of a long 2020 so straightforward and easy. Its clear that each of them puts care and attention into what they do, and that Rob is proud of his team. What a warm and welcoming space to visit.As long as I live in Kent, I expect to visit this FedEx location for any shipping or printing needs I may have.

Outstanding service! I printed a lot of MTG SE cards there... always good quality! I even learned how to bypass the dreaded Microsoft software autocropping features on printing machines! While I no longer play cards, it is still a great place to print stuff.

This store has very friendly and helpful staff! They have assisted me in hundreds of print orders and emergency jobs for our restaurant. They are very courteous and always go the extra mile to get my jobs done!

Store gets busy at times but overall service is fine with me.

Usually not very busy, but the staffing is also typically low (as in, 1 person working), so if there are more than just a couple customers, it results in a wait.

Employees are outstandingly helpful and friendly. The last three times, over several weeks, the computers or the printers were out of order (at least the employees were able to help when the printers were broken) So go elsewhere if you need to do anything but ship or buy supplies. The employees are the only reason it gets 3 stars. I give them 5.

Went in for a quick print job, but was really pressed for time. Fortunately Yoshi is very friendly and helped me out with everything I need. Made sure I got in and out of there quick and easy without any headaches. Excellent customer service.

Employees seemed like a couple of clowns buy store manager Rob was cool and good and looked like Danny Mcbride.

An Employee named Bob helped me today. I had surgery and he helped me with some boxes. Out of all the employees at UPS and fed ex stores I have met in my lifetime. He was the nicest and most helpful.

I was definitely being really slow as I had a massive headache, but Rob the store manager was very patient and nice. Got exactly what I needed for shipping my wedding gown. Would def recommend based on no wait, multiple people in the store who could help, and good customer service.

I mainly use it to print and make photocopy. Easy to use and close by. Just a note, it defaults to color, which is more expensive. I think that is sneaky. Just make sure you switch it to black and white which is less than a dime per printout. Customer service is slow. Granted, since usually there is only one cashier, there might be a slight wait if there is more than two people in line. Fax prices is highway robbery at almost $2 per page. Considering that, I dont think I want to ship stuff here.

Used to be great. Now it sucks with the new woman “supervisor” wanna be that has a terrible attitude and says NO to every single customer request. FedEx can do much better.

This place has the best customer service of any type of service business i can specically think of. I have seen them them keep there composure and genuine care through events with customers i would have strangled.

The CSR was friendly and attentive. She asked me all the important questions and even put an RMA number on the label for me for something I needed to return for repair. I didnt have any issues with the shipping and the cost of shipping was actually less than what UPS quoted.

This is the worst business of its type Ive ever been to, and I will never set foot in there again. Woefully understaffed, and the one person they had working there seemed completely baffled and could not have possibly moved more slowly. If this is an example of how FedEx runs their businesses, Id advise people to stay away from all of them. Just unbelievable. I eventually just left the store without even trying, and this was after a 20 minute wait. From what I observed, my experience wasnt going to get any better. Oh yes, and as other people mentioned, she helped other people who came in the store well after I came in. There is something seriously wrong with the personnel and training at this place. Avoid at all costs.

If you are forced to use FedEx to ship something, make sure you AVOID fedex smartpost. It is a massive scam that is not worth what you are saving. It took 3 weeks to get my package from the east coast. Same package from the same location took 3 days with USPS and for the same price. As bad as USPS is sometimes, they are 100 times better than this new SmartPost scam.

Just kept telling me to stand by door so I could get a signal, I sent 3 times with no luck. Staff was not interested in helping me or figuring out the problem. Going to buy a new printer. Will not be back.

Sent my broken phone off in a pre paid mailer. The clerk on shift was able to efficiently handle my needs and clearly explain products availability to another customer on the phone.

This saturday at 4pm I went in there to have a photo of mine put on my resume. I used the computer for 10 minutes and couldnt figure out how to do it. So I ask the employee to see if they can help me since I am paying to use the computer. She said they offer that service here to add a picture to resume for $8. So then I said please I would like to do that. Afterward she said she cant email it to me. But can print it out or if I have a harddrive she can put it in there. I said print it for me because I dont have a harddrive. After printing and leaving I remember I do have a harddrive in the car and grab it returning to the store to see if she can just load the resume in it. She then said that she deleted already and if I wanted to load it onto harddrive I will be charge $8 again because she will have to do it again.Stupid me for believing her. So I said just charge me. She then went to the computer then load the resume but it was still there from the first time saved on the computer. WHAT A HUSTLER!!!! She was some African American girl

The service is ridiculously slow. waited for 30 mintues without any staff member acknowledging I was in the store and proceeded to help customers who came in well after I came in. use the one in Tacoma by the mall they are the best!

I mixed up the date and time of my order pick up, but Yoshiro Y. was very helpful and got my order complete!

The location is not open during posted hours. Personnel is extremely rude, they said FedEx doesnt pay them enough to keep them up and running. No way I go there ever again neither use fedex to ship anything.

Been waiting 20 minutes, doors still locked. Hours posted on door and website says it opened 50 minutes ago. Waste of my time and gas. Will take my business elsewhere from now on!

I had a large package sent here for pickup. The guy working and the security guard helped me unwrap the package and stuff it into my car because the box was too big 😂😂 stellar service!!
