Horrible customer service. Cant seem to get anything correct. Have to call everyday and still cant get needed supplies

Worst company ever. My nana has no more tanks we called they said they would bring some still nothing. They wont help you over the weekend with tanks tho they use too. So now we have no tanks to get her into urgent care or anything. And she had major breathing issues. I keep calling last week and this week and all.we keep getting is someone will call you back but they dont. If yoy want to breath DONT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.Update still dont go through this company. They finally came to my house and didnt tell me when or if they was coming and i was less then 10mins away from my house but nope the guy named james said he couldnt wait 10mins or less for me to get there even though i wasnt informed if or when they was coming he just said call the office and tell them to put you on the delivery for tomorrow. Even tho she had no tanks. I called. And asked for a manger and its 24h later still waiting on a manger to call me.
Lincare is one of the providers at the assisted living where I work in Montana. When I realized I had forgotten my power cord to my cpap, on a trip out here, I looked them up. I went to their offices and told them my situation. They didnt hesitate, they found me a cord and gave it to me free of charge. I was so relieved and the people were 1st rate.
I was required to change medical equipment suppliers after a change in health insurance to supplier in network. Performance Medical gave great customer service, Lincare Medical was 180° in the wrong direction. Horrible customer service. Don’t use this company.
The office staff that answers the phones are absolutely disrespectful I’ve been trying for weeks to get air for my sister and all I get is problems they still haven’t delivered fresh air bottles but they have no problem doing the state would be nice to be able to see how much they build the state teams in the past four years I’ve only refilled the bottles three Times Its Pl. is a joke I do not recommend you use it
Terrible company the only reason Im with Lincare is they will provide me with my Eclipse portable oxygen machine.. which Ive had for about 9 months and I had a power surge in my home and blew up the unit.. they came and pick it up told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks... yeah right 6 going on 7 months later finally came back to them. And Im going down to pick it up and bring 10 tanks back to them... its either that or wait for them to finally deliver it witch they were supposed to do two days ago!!!Also my daughter called them months ago about coming out to service my home oxygen machine no one came out ever I kept getting sick.. wound up in the hospital on a ventilator thank god not on it for a long time when I got home from the hospital I finally took it upon myself to start cleaning my machine as like I said no one came to service it as the alarm kept going off pulled opened the back were the filter at full of black mold.. wonder why i ended up in the hospital on a ventilator!!!!!
Auburn, WA Lincare answers the phone. The staff are polite over the phone. From there everything goes South. They cannot find orders, communications, or fulfill deliveries. My patients have had bad experiences with this company and I was hoping to see differently. I am a case manager with Multicare and have to agree with my patients. Unless, Lincare can change how they provide service, I will be referring my patients to another company for their respiratory supplies.
In this business it’s all about customer service and this company does not know what that is. They always have an answering service taking there callls and no one has answers of where or when the product can be delivered. The funny thing is they bill every month and have no problem doing that. One star if I could do 0 I would.
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with when it comes to honesty. I switched over to this company because my other company went out of business. I was with them for nearly 3 years and they constantly gave me the products they wanted me to have and not what was written for me by my doctor, I didn’t realize that they cannot control this until I heard it from my doctor, they have a reputation of doing this to make extra profit which is illegal. Don’t deal with this lousy corrupt business.
This is the 2nd time I have reached out to them. They are still billing my grandfathers medicare, yet he passed away 3 months ago AND they picked up the equipment with in a week of his passing. I had to call the corporate office to get a hold of anyone to pick it up. Thought id try the local Kent number again.
No room for a 0 but I believe a negative number would work. Horrible Horrible company to work with, I am now with Performance. LinCare thought it would be ok for me to contine to load and swap equipment b/c I was continually left off the schedule after I call to set appointments. I hope others are able to fight back for better service.
I cannot even give this company 1 star, (but I cannot post unless I do) I have such a hard time with them every time I call, I have been dealing with ind Care for over 5 years and I do not honestly have 1 nice interaction with them to mention. EVERY TIME I deal with them it is a huge headache. Today I called on a sleep mask and I was told I have to call my Drs office and have the prescription sent over AGAIN. I called and then waited 3 hours, called back to Lind Care and was told that I need to call the supply warehouse and request it. now I have called already today and a few times over the past years, why have I never heard of supply warehouse?this company is no good with their customer service skills, they are rude, un knowledgeable, un friendly and have no compassion for pts. I advise anyone not to use Lind Care, and I have just called my Dr. and requested a new supplier. I never will go back.
You can never get a straight answer as to a time of delivery so you sit and wait all day. I missed my delivery on the normal day because I left for an appointment at 7 PM and they showed up at 7:49 PM. without calling to let me know they were late until they arrived and left a message. Guess they can deliver up to 9PM as I found out today.. I phoned the next day and they rescheduled for Thursday and committed to deliver between 2PM and 5PM. A no show on their part and no call. So here I go again but threatened to call the District Manager and notify MediCare. When I call it connects me to Kentucky and they take my order for the number of tanks and they notify the facility near me. That is just begging for more mistakes. I was so angry today and ended up talking to my facility and my delivery man was right there. They made me their first delivery this AM. We will see. I have been with this company and the driver turnover is unbelievably high. Most have little or no training to service the concentrators. I have had more friendly than rude delivery drivers.. Carrying 8 tanks at a time is heavy and I used to live on the second floor. The older guys were struggling to deliver to me. All in all, I have little or no confidence in this company but it is the only one MediCare contracts with. I think all of the clients need to notify MediCare because breathing is NOT over tated. Now I have a large number of tanks so I dont have to have a weekly delivery. I can push it to 3 or 4 weeks. Less time sitting and waiting for a delivery.
Resupplies are constantly late past the date for replacement of nose cushions, hoses, filters, etc. Lousy customer support. Warehouse coordination with shipping and ordering is at best lousy and undependable.
This company seems to think they are the only supplier in town. My experience with them has been abysmal. You just cant get straight answers out of them regarding options. If you have technical difficulties at night or on weekends/holidays, forget it. Their on call technicians will do anything to keep from getting out of bed. If you Dr. subscribes them, ask what other options are available.
Absolutely horrific company. Unfortunately those of us on Medicare are forced to use them for certain things right now, but if you can avoid this company at all, do so and save yourself the trouble. I can barely breathe, which I cant imagine is unusual for their clientele given they are a respiratory company, and every time I call them just to get equipment I am given the runaround, transferred to seven or more people having to tell my story to each person before getting transferred again to no avail. They never got the paperwork, they never call you back, it is never their fault, yet I am still here waiting for nebulizer tubing five months later. Even for a DME company they are a nightmare.
I would give Linacre a 0 if it was an option. I had to get another nebulizer and was told that Medicare wouldnt pay for it, Id have to pay $90 for it. I received two EOBs from my supplement Premera, that it was billed and my responsibility was 0.00. This was not enough for them.I have gotten the runaround all day. They have no proof that I paid the $90 so they cant do anything. It was their reps fault since I received no receipt for it. So where did that check go? I guess its floating around in the clouds. I am so frustrated with them Its caused a massive headache and I had to deal with their inept staff all day. Ive had to eat my $90 which I cant afford to do.
Good luck getting in contact with them. Phone calls usually go to an answering service and no one ever returns those calls.
We looking for a CAPA Equipment I came across this company an Read the reviews... Now from what I read wasnt sure if I should use them, because of the reviews. Then desided to becouse they were close to me..In Auburn!!! Well its been 30 days an so far well they been GREAT!!!! SERVICE WONDERFUL CALLS BACK WIYH IN 34 HOURS.. WHEN BRING THE EQUIPMENT TO MY HOME FOR SET UP, THE LADY WAS GREAT!!!!! Service department called today to explain they would be calling to see if I ever needed supplies..SO A THANKS TO THE PEOPLE AT LINCARE FOR BEING WONDERFUL!!! SO, SO FAR SO GOOD!!! ALL THE CONTRACT I HAVE HAD AS BEEN AUBURN LOCATION IF THAT MATTERS.....
They lose info sent from doctors, and do not return phone calls. We may have to go sit in their office until they get my wifes cpap issue resolved! Customer service is terrible.
This is a terrible company. Almost impossible to even get them on the phone. Take your business elsewhere.
Very unhelpful and unprofessional! The receptionist guy makes excuses of the doctor not sending the paperwork for the walker to be processed for more than 3 months. I dont recommend this.
Terrible service, my Dr called in a oximeter test to be done and they never contacted me till I got their number a week later then after they scheduled an appointment with me to drop off the equipment they never came and said that no one had me on the schedule!
