First time ordering custom size and printed boxes. They came out absolutely perfect. The quality is outstanding. The web based designer let me put my own graphics on the box and when they arrived they were exactly what I designed. Highly recommend. The boxes themselves are very high quality as well. They wont get crushed in the mail.

Been calling custom box people for more than a month. Only Chris at fantastapak took the time to walk me through the process in a non-intimidating clear fashion. Super responsive on phone/ email/ etc. Im pulling the trigger with this company. Recommend!

TLDR: These people do not communicate. If you need your boxes by an actual deadline...look elsewhere.As a previous review stated, I would not recommend using Fantastapack if you have a time sensitive project. We are a small Seattle nonprofit and needed boxes for a fundraising event. Fantastapacks website stated they had a 15-20 business day turnaround, so I made sure to order and submit the artwork in plenty of time to get the boxes for our event. 5 days after I placed the order I got an email estimating that we wouldnt receive the boxes until after our event. I quickly emailed the support team and asked if this could be rushed along, explaining that I wouldnt have placed the order if I knew it would take much longer than the projected 20 business days. I also offered to pick up the boxes from the warehouse instead of waiting for shipping. I never heard back. They also do not have a phone number.Fast forward to the week before our event, I finally get in touch with someone through their website, and he said the boxes would be ready the following Monday, and he promised to reach out by 10AM. I never heard from him again. We decided to drive to their warehouse to check on the boxes since we were so desperate. Long story short, we had to go down there 4 times over the course of 3 days in order to get them. I dont understand why it was so difficult to communicate a correct pickup time.Now that the event has passed, we reached out to resolve this with customer support. They gave a condescending reply and offered to give us a discount on a future order, even though we already expressed that we will never be ordering from them again.The boxes did turn out great though. Its a bummer that the communication was so poor.

Ive recently had the pleasure of working with the Fantastapack team on large custom project, consisting of boxes, trays and pads. The final product was even better than I had imagined. The pricing crushed that of other printers from whom I had gotten quotes. Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program - they are very generous with discounts!Their website is easy to use if you want to build a 3D mock up of your item and the team quickly sends out the template for designing the print layout.I was able to send a rendering to my client within minutes.The customer service team is efficient, cheerful and above all, helpful. Chris was wonderful assisting me late on a Friday to get the order into the system and both he and Mili kept me fully updated on the project. They will be my go-to supplier for any custom work in the future. Do not hesitate to send your projects to them - they really are Fantastic.

The first project we did for a client holiday gift was a big success, looked great and great quality. We are working on a new project and just went through the process of release and proofing our file, there was an error so we had to repeat the process. Although stressful, our rep Chris was grace under pressure, so responsive and reassuring. We are good to go and cant wait to see the final product! I highly recommend.

If you have a time sensitive order, Id recommend not ordering here. Our company placed a bulk order here for boxes that were set to arrive the first week of December. We confirmed multiple times with customer service on the production window in Nov to ensure wed get these on time. Up until the second week of December these were on track to arrive. However, the week before christmas they all of sudden informed us they would not start producing them until the last week of December. They informed us of a 13-14 day production turnaround time, which ended up being a 36 day production time. Their ability to gauge turnaround time is incredibly off and they need to improve it. If holiday orders cannot be fulfilled if you place an order in Nov. then its incredibly deceptive to not tell your customers that. They need to improve their turnaround estimates so its an honest estimation. We still dont know if we will receive our order by January. Dont order here if you need your items by a certain time!

So I received my order and the custom box unfortunately came bent. I emailed Fantastapack and let them know of what happened during transit. Literally, less than 10 minutes later, Chris responds and not only solved this with a replacement but also will have it sent overnight! I did not even expect that and the fact that he went above and beyond is amazing customer service. This is my first time using them and I appreciate so much how they treat their customers with consideration.

I have worked with Fantastapack a couple of times and have always received excellent service. Our most recent shipment had some issues with FedEx (No fault of FantastaPack) and they went above and beyond to make sure it got taken care of. They even offered to do another short run of boxes to get us by while the FedEx package was sorted out. They have definitely earned our respect and future business.

They say you cant judge a book by its cover. However, you can judge a box by how it looks! These look great! I Ordered; Econo Roll End Front Tuck (REFT) Mailer. I wanted something special for my electrical auto parts. I needed a stronger box, than the traditional corrugated shipping box. I measured the auto part, and added a few inches to all four sides, to account for the styrofoam padding.(not included) For the final measurements, I had a hard time finding a box that was not custom made. I had an even harder time finding a manufacturer that did not require a minimum quantity order. I found the website for Fantastapack. They have many sizes for this mailer box, with a few restrictions to width, height, and length. I now had a few options, brown or white with printed, outside only, or outside and inside. I chose white inside and outside, with printed outside only. Note that in order for print to work successfully, you will need to buy Adobe Illustrator. You may even need to hire someone to design your artwork, especially if you are unfamiliar with the software program. Remember to think outside the box. The box is printed on while the box is flat, however, once folded up, the orientation of the artwork may flip or rotate. Unfold a Pizza Hut, or Dominos, pizza box, to see this first hand. Fantastapack will E-mail you a dieline in PDF form. You place your artwork on the dieline, and E-mail it back to them. They review, approve, and then sends it off to the print team. The print team will contact you if there are any problems, like I had with my artwork. Also note that signing a PDF dieline with an artwork picture, is too risky. The end result may be too grainy, blurry, and may not work. This all may sound daunting. Give it a try! Great group of professionals at Fantastapack, they work with you every step of the way.
