They fixed my tire for $15. Other tire places either said it couldnt be repaired or I had to wait a week to get in. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS over other tire places. Friendly staff, very reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable when it comes to your vehicle.....

First of all, they have the most comfiest couches. Highly recommend! I called Discount Tire and Belle Tire for quotes and Amy/Chuck beat both of course. I replaced 2 truck tires and they only took 10 minutes, super fast! I already know Ill be a lifetime customer.

I was recommended to Amy and Chucks by a co-worker and was under the impression that he was embellishing how fantastic the service, price and quality were. If anything, he under sold these points. I was in the market for 4 used tires until some suspension work is taken care of. I received a very reputable set of 4 matching tires with no uneven wear (important for 4wd trucks) that have a ton of tread left. The staff were extremely courteous and had me out the door before I expected them to even have the vehicle up on a lift! The waiting area is full of arcade games, pinball games, bumper pool, Keurig coffee maker(although I always bring my own fresh ground brew) and television for browsing. Couldnt have been happier with the service and quality and speed. They have just earned another lifelong customer! Thank you Amy and Chuck! I have gone to Amy and Chuck a couple times for used tired then decided to get a whole new set on a different vehicle. They are ALWAYS nice and accommodating. Their used tires are like new and their prices for both used and new tires cannot be beat. They are fast too. I got a full set of new tires plus a spare and I was out in a half hour. I highly recommend them. If a tire is not in stock which is rare they will have it next day in most cases.Im extremely happy with them. Never getting tires any where else.

So I drive a lot for my job which basically has me circling the Grand Rapids area all day long and I put a beating on my car and my tires. I recently had a situation where when I bought the vehicle they had the wrong size tires on it. The stock is supposed to be 65r17 but they had 60r17 on the vehicle. The problem with this and my Dodge being an all-wheel-drive is that the front will tend to wear faster than the rear. The problem with is is it boils down to I have to get 4 tires no matter what I do. As it is coming into the fall-winter season Im looking at wanting to put winter tires on my vehicle but buying brand new summer Tires at roughly almost $500 and almost the same for winter tires in a few weeks span is a huge cost. Amy and Chucks tire was nice enough to break me a deal on a matching set 04 used correct size tires warranties and all plus quoted me a really nice price on new winter tires so I definitely will be coming back and making this place my tire shop for the foreseeable future.

I was driving into the area when 5 minutes from my destination my tire went flat. Called my friend who recommended this shop, as she has just been in that morning, and they were great! They were able to patch my tire without any issues and within 15 minutes and $12.50 later I was back on the road. I was pleased to be in and out so quickly since I was only in the area for a few hours and had a three hour drive to go home. Thank you ladies for getting me in and out!

Amy and Chucks has top quality customer service. I purchased my tires here, and about six months later I noticed that the back left had developed a slow leak. I dropped off my car about 30 minutes before they opened (no appointment needed) and called them 10 minutes after opening to tell them about my issue. After mentioning I had dropped off my car, but before telling them anything else, I was told that they were already working on it. They had found a staple in the back left tire and would be done fixing it in the next 15 minutes. This was covered by their warranty, so I didn’t have to pay anything either.

Went to my usual place in cutlerville. Couldnt get me in till 1-1/2 later. Stopped at Amy and Chucks. Could fix it right away. The place i used to go would charge 18.00 bucks. They only charged 12.50 for plugging a leak. They are my new favorite place.

I went in with a leaky back tire expecting to pay $41 for a used tire which was already a pretty good deal and then Amy came out and said they could just fix my tire for $13. they didnt have to do that they didnt have to tell me I never would have known and they could have made a little bit more off of me. I really appreciate their honesty. They also have a really nice waiting area if you have little kids even if you dont like they have a couch and a TV you can just hang out there its like youre in someones living room. Theyre good people check them out.

Amy and Chucks Tires are the best in town. I got a great a deal on some almost brand new tires. I got all four tires for $300 just one cost $200. I also had one tire that blew on me they gave me a replacement at no extra charge. Please if you go anywhere for used or new tires go to Amy and Chucks tires. I am old school when it comes to taking care of business. I look for businesses that give 110 percent to their customers. When I find one, I am a VERY loyal customer. It has been an extremely long time since I have been as impressed as I am with Amy and Chucks Tire. I was looking for a bit of an odd sized used tire to use as a spare. I first called the shop to ask if they had one and the price. To my surprise and delight, they had exactly what I was looking for at a much lower price than I expected!!! Amy gave me an out the door price for the tire. After I arrived, I decided to have them mount it on the rim I had expecting to pay more than the original quote. I was only charged the original amount quoted!!! They said the tires had 75% tread life,But when I got there they were more like 30% tread life.

I was going to get new tires but they were very honest, telling me that I only need a tire rotation and rims cleaned up due to constant leaking. Very competitive prices for sets of tires and great customer service. Support the local business because they wont scam you like the big companies.

Purchased 4 used blizzak - 70-80% tread for a fraction of the cost of a new set. Tires were installed in about an hour. You can also store your tires there for a very reasonable rate. WOW! A free repair! I stopped in to get a nail removed from a front tire during my lunch break and when I inquired about paying for the repair, I was informed that it was free. Free because I had purchased the tires for the car from them 2 years earlier, and I had no idea repairs were free! Thank You.

I was refered to Amy # Chucks about a year ago. Been back 3 times. Just today as I hit an infamous MI pothole......... They fixed me right up. Not by getting me for a new tire, but remounting my tire on the rim which they also checked. When you go to them for help, you can count on honesty, and old fashioned workmanship.
