Always get the wrong part and end up spending unnecessary time for a project that should take 20 minutes, takes hours. In reference to a simple oil filter!

Staff was very nice. Tone toom time to help me figure out what was going on with my break lights, something he didnt have to do. It was getting late and freezing outside and he still did it. Great customer service

I want to say that I am very happy with the manager at this location. Tone was very patient with me. I came in with a defective part and we had some problems figuring it all out. He was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Thank you so much Tone. I will definitely go back specifically to this location.

Stopped by before 8pm because it said online they were open till 9pm. But it was locked up. Apparently they are false advertising online.

Ordered my items online 2 hours ahead of time to be ready when I got there so all I had to do was run in and grab them . When I got there myItems weren’t ready then they sent a new person to go get my parts that looked very confused as to what he was doing

Very helpful. Loved the fact they were supplying face masks, gloves and sanitizer for those who needed them as you walked in door.

Went there to pick up an online order during covid-19 and refused to wear a mask. I was waiting for an employee to bring out my items paid for online and another employee told me if you arent going to wear a mask than GET OUT so I waited outside for my order, and when I got my items, the employee apologized for the attitude coworker his coworker

Stopped in to see if some one could help me check my power steering fluid. The guy came out to my truck and took a dip stick out of a reservoir, told me it was empty and walked back into the store... he walks behind the counter and proceeds to tell me the power steering fluid is on that wall. I go look through all the PS fluid, not sure if I need synthetic or not.. Take what I think I need to the counter, another employee looks it up for me and I have the right type. I go out to pour it in and look at the top of the dip stick, it says Transmission fluid!!!! Thank God I looked first or I would have been screwed!! I go back into the store and tell the employee that came out and checked in the first place that he had my transmission fluid not PS fluid and asked if he could come back out and show me where the PS might be? Nope I cant do that, I am not sure where its at? Uuuhhhmmmmm, isnt there a computer in front of you that could tell you that???? How do you work here if you dont know basic stuff???? THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE!!!! I will definitely be sticking with Auto Zone!!!!!

They have everything you need but theyre not the greatest at helping you make sure your getting right part. Bought license plate screws that said they were for my car but they werent, just keep your receipts and youre good.
