Staff is great and very quick. The prices are a bit high it seems compared to other local shops but my vehicle was done in less than a day and there were a few items I needed replaced under the hood that probably would have taken much longer had I brought it elsewhere. Tire prices are high as well but the brands they carry are more reliable and have sufficient warranties on most of them.

Very reasonably priced, good staff of well trained mechanics and quick turnaround times on work performed. Would recommend.

They do good work! A little pricey, but if you want it done right, they will get it done. The only reason Im not handing out 5 stars is because of the price... I feel I was over charged for my last service. Again, job went great! My van is fixed!! But $$$

Went in to have the tire pressure checked and have a headlight bulb replaced. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait and would take ONE HOUR to just do the tire pressure check and unsure how long for the light. I clarified two more times with Mr. Personality behind the counter he was telling me a tire pressure check would take an hour on its own and he said yes. What the heck? There was literally no one on in there other than me. I get they may have cars that were left there for work but Im not an idiot. Discount tire had my tire pressure checked and topped off in less then 3 minutes and did it for free. Wont be going back to this one EVER. Guy either thought I was an idiot or doesnt realize he is. SMH

Honest and great pricing.I have been working with these guys for years. Started with my company vehicle loved their work, now I bring my vehicles there. They communicate clearly what they are doing and go above and beyond my expectations. My wife and kids go in to get work done and I absolutely trust their work. I have had an ongoing issue with my break system. They have treated us like family, and have exceeded my expectations. From oil changes to suspension work and brakes these gentleman know how to take care of their customers.

So about a month ago i got a flat tire and got 1 asap and had firestone put it on and was like 30 bucks for 1 tire. Well i noticed they had damaged my wheel. Dented and scratched. Guy said no way there machine did that i must not have noticed it before. Needless to say they lost my business. This morning i took it in here for 2 tires to be mounted and balanced for 1/2 the price and they didnt damage my wheel. From now on im goin to these guys.

First time using Quick Lane, they came highly recommended by a friend. I needed new tires, Chris was awesome. He showed me the different options and explained the pros and cons of each. Very happy with the tires and the service. Definitely will be going back and recommending to friends.

I bought tires from Monte almost 4 years ago. He was very helpful in getting me the right tires and also discussing the tire rotation plan. By following his advice I have achieved much more out of this set of tires. Simply put, he earned my trust. Since that time, I have most of my truck services perfomed at Quick Lane and I can always count on them for prompt service. Lastly, they dont try to get you to do services that are not required. I will be buying my next set of tires from Quick Lane.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. Was told that because it gets busy on Saturdays they wouldnt be able to help me out. I was willing and hoping to give my business since Ive been a loyal Quick Lane in another location, with far better service, and was appalled at how easy it was for them to turn me away.

Brought my car in for a balance/rotate, they returned it to me and stated that the car still shook at 60mph but its probably something else. The interior of my car was filthy. The shifter, wheel, and drivers seat were covered in metallic dust and grime. I didnt argue because if they cant be bothered to do a simple tire balance correctly the first time then who knows what theyll do to someone who complains.I brought my car to a family mechanic on the other side of town who instantly found that all four tires were out of balance. I originally chose Quick Lane because it is close to work, but I will not be back. Thanks for taking my money.

Had air conditioner die and needed it fixed before a 12 hour ride home, helpful and got the job done.

They got me in and out to fix a leaking tire. Gave me piece of mind

They fixed my broken ball joint okay, but then I took my car in later, for a front end suspension estimate, which required simple unbolting of the top housing unit to inspect, or just removing the tire in order to inspect the actual strut unit. Which two other places had already done, before giving me the repair details, but its worth it to shop around and compare. Well, all these guys did was pop my hood, point to the upper housing, and then drone endlessly about a complicated inspection and repair as though my car was a junkyard mess in need of serious overhaul. Whatever. Very poor communication. Rude, and just lazy. So glad the few others here enjoyed their visits.

Had a multi point inspection done. A month later i changes my breaks and there was no pads left. Quick lane marked that the breaks were good. When i called, they were very rude saying i didnt know how to read. That they dont check breaks for a multi point inspection. I was called derogatory names and insulted by the service tech. I would never recommend this place.

Best experience by far when I need to get my cars worked on. They are always very courteous and they listen. Very comfortable environment while I wait.

Went in for front inspection of suspension problem. Two other reputable places gave me simple quote/estimate for labor & parts of under $200. Not this place. Mgr and worker acted like my whole engine & front end needed gutting and replacement. Ridiculous. Very poor communication and service.

Nothing quick about it. Only person in the place and it took an hour and a half for my oil change. They continued to work on dropped off vehicles rather than the one where a person was waiting. Won’t be back, ever.

Chris is very rude and also a liar.I dropped off two wheels and two tires to be mounted on around 11:45 am.He said that sometime in the afternoon theyll get to it.Called at 4:45 pm to see what time i can get them, he said they where working on it write now so it will be like half an hour.At 5:30 pm i found my tires exactly where i left them untouched.
