Called and verified their hours, and rearranged our errands to stop here before they closed. They locked the doors before closing time and even though staff was inside, they said the register was closed. We knew exactly what we needed but they refused the sale. Will not waste time going to this store again.

This lady helped me find the right demi hair color that totally helped my porous hair. She even recommend a neutral protein treatment to help the pigment bin and honestly is the greatest find ever. Thank you so much!

Theyve definitely delivered better service.Went in this evening to see their cosmetic selection. Very disappointed. What used to be a whole row of products has since been reduced to barely 1.5 shelves of only eye pencils, lip colors and glittery eye products. Almost no price markings displayed. Picked a couple eye products and brought them to the checkout. Asked the lady for exact prices before the sale. She simply started scanning items and bagging them, completely ignoring me. I asked her the price difference on 2 mascaras. She scanned one, put it in the bag and simply said Thats the better one. I like itPure laziness. Will not shop here again.

Staff was very helpful in weighing the pros and cons between several different hair dye colors, and was very knowledgeable in how each would look as they fade. I appreciated the expertise! Looking forward to dyeing my hair :)

It was a Sallys like any other. They had exactly what I was after. Store is small, and a little cramped, but all Sallys Ive been in are that way. Well stocked, clean, and the lady at the check out was nice and efficient.

Talk about judgy girls! I agree with a previous reviewer. Went in this past weekend to buy a curling iron. It was a 3/4. Apparently this is a size only used for older women? First thing the gal says behind the register to me was are you buying this for your mom? OK WHAT THE? I said just that and she laughs and says I dont know. Exactly. I get lots of compliments on my hair so to make that kind of statement is not only ignorant but just rude. I should have asked her if Barnum and Bailey will be missing their side show - her hair suggested just that.

I was the only person in the store and the 2 women were talking at the register. I went up to go grab one to ask them a question and she came back talked with me for a moment then kept inching away. I thought she had to use the restroom so I stopped asking my questions just to see her walk back up and talk very loudly about her family issues. When I went to get rung up they didnt give me any of the discounts that were stated in the store and when I asked the cashier told me that the discount wasnt offered and if I didnt believe her I could walk back and check myself. So I did, and I was correct about the discount. Rude and unhelpful.

No customer service. 3 ladies goissiping and not worrying about greeting the one customer who walks through. While looking at items an employee was helping a customer over the phone, and one of the other employees made a rude comment about the caller needing to just come in instead of call. Then at checkout, instead of taking the 1 minute to focus on ringing me up and cashing me out for my one item, the gossiping continued.I can’t even say there was horrible customer service because there was none at all.

The store is nice but some of the sales girls are judgy and may talk down to you.

Went in for hair color and the girls were kinda of rude i asked for help and 2 of the girls set in the little storage room and just pointed and when i asked for help they looked at each other like who was going to help ...lol this place is a joke pulse they dont know about the products
