The staff there is pretty rude. The associate cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation about a return for defective product, which I bought in store, and came with my receipt. But apparently I can’t return it there? But was told by someone else I could? Manager with the big beard, and kind of tall. I’m a pretty tall guy and this guy thought he could speak down to me like I wasn’t even worth the sale. Customer service there sucks. Not all associates but most of them!

Great products. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Easy returns. High prices but you’re getting high quality products.

I took my time to go through the store and see what was available (a pretty decent selection). I was asked a couple of times if I needed any assistance but it was not overbearing. Bonnie was extremely patient and friendly at checkout while I signed up for VIPeak Rewards and found my student information. She is an asset to this location and I hope her customer service is recognized.

I love North Face goods - I mean, who doesnt?? They are expensive, but sooooo well made. I struck it rich at a 40% off sale and treated myself to shorts and a fun t-shirt. The sales associates were great. They anticipated my needs, opening a dressing room for me before I had to ask and just as I was finished gathering items to try on. I highly recommend this store for high quality clothing for exploring the great outdoors.

Love this place. Accessible for all types of people. Lots of variety of stuffs to shop around, cinema and food are accessible.

Good quality clothing lasts forever, although I had did have a zipper replaced twice free.
