Don’t waste your time with these people. I bought my car from this dealership over a month ago and I still haven’t gotten any paper work done for it. No title. No plates. Ted claims he’s done it and it’s coming in the mail but when I went into the sos office I verified that nothing of the sort had been done. He is a liar and a Cheat and has been avoiding me since then

Steer clear of this car lot!!! My 19 year old daughter purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento from Ted that, as can be expected from any used car, had a couple small issues. He assured us that he had driven the vehicle himself and had it checked out and it should be a great car for several more years. Well shame on us for being trusting. We took the car to 2 different shops for quotes to have the issues addressed and found there were significantly more issues than we previously thought. The first shop (Kia dealership) quoted us $10,000 worth of repairs. Among them, even though this car is only 10 years old, the whole rear subframe was rusted out to where a screwdriver could be pushed thru it, and the entire rack and pinion needed to be replaced due to a power steering fluid leak. The second shop, our regular mechanic that we trust, told us this car shouldn’t be on the road unless it was fixed. He also said it looked like someone had spray painted the underside to hide the rust. We were quoted $2000 in repairs “for starters”, and the original issues hadn’t even been addressed yet. I went to Ted with the news of these issues and did not even get a response. Also the phone number listed both on my receipt and on their site gives a no longer in service message. Now I have an $8000 lesson learned sitting in my driveway that nobody dares to drive. Steer clear!!!

Bought a truck from them, it was listed for $5900 online got there and the window said $4900 the truck wasnt worth that. The gauges were busted out, windshield cracked, fuel tank strap broken, tailgate latches seized, needed a 4 wheel brake job and lines, has an exhaust leak, needs tie rod, the digital read out on the gauges said low oil pressure and no oil pressure the dealer told me it was just a broken sensor. I purchased the truck for $3500 + tax. I drove it 2 hours and when I get home the top end of the engine was clattering like it didnt have oil. I replaced the oil pump and fixed the gauges, had great oil pressure now and no more message about it just about the brakes and a check engine light. I did a 4 wheel brake job and lines, went to take it on a test drive and the engine started knocking. I called the dealer the Monday after purchase (purchased on Saturday) twice I got disconnected like someone picked up the phone and hung it right back up then the third time someone answered and told me that the manager/owner had left for the day manager/owner sold me the truck. The other person took my info and what was going on and said he would have him call me. I waited a week no call truck started knocking Sunday 8 days after purchasing only drove it the 2 hrs so far, so I call again goes to voice mail I left a message (not happy) now Ive ordered an engine. With the brakes and such that Ive fixed and purchasing Im too far invested to get rid of the truck and after all the repairs are done Ill have more into it than they were asking online, Im lucky I know how to do the work otherwise paying labor Id have been better off buying a new truck! In the end Ill have a nice truck but no thanks to them. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle purchases.

Bought an 04 Mercury Sable in March 2021 had to junk it by May 2021. Dont buy from these guys complete rip off and waste of your money.

Ted (Manager) was incredible to work with, he worked very hard to get us in a car. Our credit isnt the greatest but we still left in a vehicle and so far we are very satisfied! Strongly suggest working with Ted to get you into a great car!!!

This place is listing vehicles on facebook sites then when you ask to come see they claim they were already sold (literally two minutes after they opened)This is a scam to get people to come look at thier vehicles and the vehicles they have are not what they describe on thier site or on fb siteThese are heartless individuals who are screwing people Ive and wasting potential customers time as well as bold face lies right to your face about some of vehicles and when called out on it they clam up and tell you that you can go elsewhereDO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE

This is the most dishonest car dealer Ive ever dealt with. They totally misrepresented lied about the condition of the vehicle we purchased and when I called them on it I got the run around deluxe. Was told to call a representative of the company that is never available to discuss the issue. After a week of trying, I WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER ASKING FOR SAID REPRESENTATIVE. This place totally took advantage of my being elderly and in poor health. Sad that people like this exist and are allowed to conduct buissness. People like this are what give other buissness a bad reputation. Thought this stuff was illegal???? Thanks for reading. Screwed beyond belief ..........

Disappointing how this dealership handles customers. My son purchased a Pontiac G6 for $6,500 from this dealership. One and a half weeks later engine went on the car. The dealership refused to help with this (Michael Anderson, Owner) Not a very good customer service move. Apparently they dont want our business again.
