We went to VerHey as an opportunity to see a variety of area rugs all at once. We told them right away that we were moving out-of-state and probably wouldnt buy from them. They not only invited us to look around, they advised us when there was a break in the action.Studio V is a showroom designed so you can have fun with selections. Say hello to Luke....he has a wealth of knowledge. If hes not there, Karla will help you, shes the manager of the team. I figured their last names were VerHey, but no. They are employees, and they ACT like they own it. Not is a sales-y way. They like what they do. Thats a culture where I want to do business.BTW, we are returning today to investigate is they can deliver out of state.

We came in to look at carpet samples. We had to wait because both of the sales people were on phone calls. Finally Luke got off the phone, came over and thrust a paper at my husband and said fill out your info. I started to ask him about colors and patterns, and he walked right past me to wait on someone who came in AFTER we did!The next day my husband was selecting samples to bring home, and Luke SHUT THE LIGHTS OFF! In fairness, it was 5:00, but to shut lights off on a customer?Customer service here is a JOKE. Rude salespeople. We went elsewhere for our carpet.

Ive just had a major project done by Verhey. Mr. Luke was my contact and facilitator throughout the process. Verhey allowed me to take lots of swatches of different sizes and styles home, so I could decide exactly what I wanted. They were sensitive about helping me stay within my budget. They let me know when my carpet was back-ordered, but even then, it was completed in a timely way. I LOVE the way it looks. From beginning to end, Verhey was extremely professional. And Id far rather use a long-established local carpet store than a big box one.

These guys really know flooring. I went into the store not knowing what I wanted at all! After about 20 mins, they painted a perfect picture of what my kitchen is suppose to look like! As a person that is really undeceive, they helped guide me to make a good decision. Compared to some places that just sell you whatever makes them the most money.

Quality carpet with quality service.

My next project is to finish the kitchen flooring. I was so satisfied with the carpeting Luke and I picked out for the rest of the first floor, I ask him to help me with the kitchen which he did. He knows the merchandize and brings it to you to choose. He makes it so much easier and then he watches over the installation . We have here now two young men doing the work. They are cheerful, neat polite, Thanks for your help, Luke and a nod to Devon and Nate too.
