I was really impressed with this company. They were professional from the beginning quote and really spent the extra time to discuss what WE wanted. I had 4 estimates from different companies for windows and Window World was very competitive with their pricing, but we chose them because of the details and follow up. The installation (Aug/2021) was perfect. Everything was picked up and clean when they were done - inside & outside. Love the quality of the windows! Highly recommended!

The first job Window World did for me was to replace an old side entry door for my 1939 house. The sales rep was great, explaining all the options and the pros and cons of each, and the installer was friendly and thorough. The door was just what I needed. Since then I’ve called Window World twice to replace old windows in my bathrooms, kitchen and sun room. I worked with the same sales rep, who has always been friendly, informative and helpful. The installation guys have been different for each job, but they’ve all been respectful, professional, tidy and very thorough. I’ll keep calling Window World, they’ve proven themselves over and over.

We had Window World of West Michigan install new windows and a sliding door and they did a FANTASTIC job! Installation was very quick and the folks working were very professional. There was a delay on our project due to supply chain shortages but that is unavoidable nowadays. I would highly recommend this company for your project.

The rating would have been higher since the low cost, great warranty, and no 2-hour long sales lecture really stood out well above the rest of the competition we entertained, but the windows came with a few faults that I noticed.The glazing on a few windows seemed like they applied too much and hard some pushed out onto the glass itself. Also the installers didn’t really take the take to smooth out the chalking where they filled in the gaps after the unit install.Just a few little things to tighten up before a full 5 star.

They were great at communicating, super efficient, and the windows look great! Id definitely use their services again if the need arises.

While the doors themselves look nice, I am less than pleased with the installation process. In addition to the fact that the installers repeatedly walked through my home without any sort of mask/face covering on, I noticed shortly after they left my home that they failed to install the trim for both the entry and the patio doors, something that I specifically ordered and paid extra for. They had re-installed the old trim around the entry, which looked terrible. The new door is white, and the old trim is off-white. Additionally, an excessive amount of white caulk was used to re-install, despite the colors not matching and that not being how they were originally installed (caulk was not at the joints, nor is it present on the matching doorway trim right next to the entryway). Frankly, I am astonished that any professional would consider this acceptable.I immediately contacted the installer about this to which I got the response Do you know what he sold you? Do you know what colonial trim is? I think it should have been modern. I was shocked by this level of condescension, especially given we had a pleasant experience with the company up to this point.1.) It is not your place to determine what looks good in my house. I ordered and paid for the product; it is your job to install it. 2.) If you had any question about if it was the correct product, you should have asked rather than taking it upon yourself to decide what should be used. 3.) I cant help but wonder if these same comments would be made to a man.Upon further insisting for what I paid for to actually be installed, I was told that they wouldnt be able to come back to fix it for another week. I am writing this review prior to the new trim being installed, so I cannot speak to its quality at this time. I can say that I appreciate Jack, our salesman and estimator, calling shortly after I brought attention to this matter to apologize for the error.Update: About a week after the initial installation, someone came back out to install the correct trim. While we expected having to do minor paint touch up work as the new trim is not as wide as the old trim, we were not expecting to be left with two gaping holes in our walls. As the pictures show, the new trim was put up over holes in both upper corners leaving crumbling plaster. After being contacted by the owner of Window World about our satisfaction with the correct trim, I explained our dismay with being left with two large holes and how we would have to take down the new trim ourselves, repair it, then put it back up. A few days later, the owner came out to our home, looked at what had been done, and refunded the amount we paid for the trim. Overall, the doors themselves looks nice, but I would not recommend allowing this company to do any trim work. I have given the company an additional star for attempting to resolve the issue.

The head installer was excellent with 18-19 years of service with this company. The installers were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, there were no screens to accompany the two sliders. After several weeks, Im still waiting for the screens. They say they will call me when my screens come in, but this is a VERY busy company. Its a good idea to call them rather than wait for them to call you. The office seems a bit chaotic - again because of the busyness and because they actually just have one office person in the GR office to field calls. They should hire a second person.

Window world replaced our 30+ year old leaky glass door with a sliding glass doo, glides like butter. Very happy with the price, installation and professionalism.

Our experience with Window World was great! We had 12 windows installed in our home, and the crew was courteous and managed to get the job done much faster than we has anticipated. On top of that, they went out of their way to call after the installation and ask if there was anything they could do for us. When I mentioned that there was an area of trim wrap that was poorly cut, they sent someone over as soon as possible to correct the issue. I highly recommend Corey and his crew!

WWWM did a good job of quoting & measuring during the pandemic. No high pressure sales, good value for price. John was a good salesman, explained everything, answered all questions. Window World replaced an old slider and the new one works soo much better! They were quick and efficient with the installation and added a strip of wood because the old door was slightly bigger.

Wonderful! Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The sales people arent too pushy (of course theyre going to try to sell the product that is why theyre there). This was the second time we have used them (probably 5 or 6 referrals have used them too and all have been happy). The windows are very affordable, but high quality at the same time. They are nice to look at/through and help save energy. you can hear and see the difference these windows make.

We were very happy with Window World. John, the sales rep that initially came to our home to provide a quote along with a demo, was very professional and personable. He was a definite selling point. The cost of windows is shockingly high, but compared to another high cost window we looked into, the value was right for us. We were aware in advance that the wait time would be long, so we accepted this recognizing the impact Covid has had on the supply chain. The day of installation went smoothly. Our installer was super knowledgeable and did a great job. He had our windows installed within just a few hours (which was also a surprise to us that he could install so quickly) and they were great at cleaning up as they moved from one window to another. While we only had new windows installed in our great room, the transformation is great. We love the way the windows look and function! I look forward to being able to replacing additional windows with Window World after saving up more funds to do so.If I could provide one recommendation, it would be to touch base periodically with customers waiting on their windows. December to May was a long stretch. We knew from John that it would be a number of months, and we expected it to be at least March or April before the windows arrived. My wife and I shopped around and landed with Window World to do a full window replacement for our house. The experience was positive from the very beginning. Jack was our sales rep and I never felt pressured or stressed during the consult. He was very direct with the information and made sure to take due time with mapping out our windows. He was very direct with the timeline, we knew there would be a wait.Contractors came and Installed everything. This was very quick and streamlined. After the fact I noticed that there was a half screen when we were meant to get a full screen. I called up Jack and he was able to get the ball rolling to get that fixed. He came and replaced the screen and everything is great.I will be looking to Jack and Window World in the spring when I am looking to get my basement windows replaced.

Window world did a fabulous job installing a few windows in my 1920s house. The windows were original and beautiful but badly needed to be replaced. Window World worked with us to pick windows that kept the charm and style of the original windows and I am thrilled with the results. Production took longer than estimated due to COVID so there was quite a delay between order and installation but that couldnt really be helped. The installation process was fast and the crew was professional and did a beautiful job. I appreciated their attention to detail, punctuality, neatness, and frequent breaking out into song 😂 overall great service and beautiful windows!

We really had a positive experience. We werent pressured by sales and had staff connecting with us throughout the process. Very transparent.

Fair price. Installers were quick and friendly. They will find ways to bill you extra. $80 for not removing some blinds and a couch that I would have been glad to do myself if I had known that I would be charged for the 3 minutes of work that it took for the installers to remove the blinds and move the couch a couple of feet.Good for the most part, but irritated enough where I will not use them for the rest of the windows in my house in the future.

I contacted window world because of the many five star reviews that were listed on the Internet. I have to say, I was not disappointed at all. The salesman that came to my home to show me the windows, John, Was not pushy or pressuring at all. They kept the time for their appointment and they were not late. I have had the windows for a couple of months now and I have to say we are so very pleased that we went ahead and purchase windows for a whole home. The windows are exceptional! Very easy to clean very easy to open and shut. During the winter there was never a condensation on the windows and during the summer we could not even hear the crickets outside the windows - their exceptional quality acted as a sound barrier or so. In the summertime when it was extremely hot, our home was nice and cool because of the insulation factor in the Windows. Our only regret, is that we did not have these windows installed in our first home. If anyone was contemplating getting windows, I would say hands-down to go with window world. You will not be disappointed at all from the beginning of the process to the end.

Tom did an absolutely amazing job with the removal of old windows and installation of the new window/aluminum wrap......honestly couldnt tell he was even there besides new windows.

Good service no complaints

Excellent windows for the $$. Installers very professional, and clean. They do beautiful trim work around the whole window outside, and they have colors of trim to match your home. Also your home will be more quieter inside. A tip to new customers. If you have 2 windows side by side they can make it into a slider, and the cost is lower than 2 windows, and they trim it in wood inside. Windows open, and close easily with double locks. Safety stop where window opens about 3 inches. In the summer when the sun shines on the Windows they become tinted to keep the heat out in the summer on warmer, hotter days. Windows have a lifetime warranty, and if you sell the home the new owners receive the lifetime warranty. Excellent investment. Never have to paint or stain your Windows again just enjoy them, and save on your Electric, Gas, A/C.

Great experience from start to finish. Had these guys complete the siding on my home which was previously half vinyl and half wood. Other companies told me they would only take the job if they could tear down the existing siding and start over. Not the case with Window World of West MI, they never pressured me to do that and matched the existing color and style perfectly. The job was completed both early and on budget, yes you heard me correctly. Highly recommended, would absolutely work with them again.

Installers were friendly, quick and neat! The install went very smooth and only took half a day. They cleaned up and vacuumed all the areas they worked in inside our home and picked up all their scraps in the yard. After shopping around and getting several quotes, Window World came in THOUSANDS of dollars less for very comparable windows. We are very pleased with their work and will be using them next year when we do the rest of our home.
