They do go above and beyond every time we go to them. They are always very nice and very helpful. If anyone finds themselves in a tight spot for money, call these guys. They will help you. I have been going to Grand Rapids Pawn shop for 3 years now. As long as you keep it real with him he will keep it real with you. He will bend over backwards to help you out. He even remembers your name. I dont even know his name but he knows mine and I admire that. You get true good ol fashioned customer service when you go to GR pawn shop. He gave me a fair price for my items and took time to explain why for what, etc. Ive never sold items to a pawn shop before but I will be back if I have items to sell again. There were lots of tools and guitars for purchase at what looked like good prices to me if youre shopping. I heard him on the phone giving someone an extra day to come up with the money for retrieving their pawned items so like I said dude seems pretty fair.

These guys were professional, polite and had a great attitude. When buying my items he was honest and very fair with his offers. The store was clean, well organized and I would recommend this shop to everyone.
