My first time going to GNC was at this location today. Tony helped me our in store and within 10 seconds of coming in he had asked me what I needed and and got me to the area I should be looking at. He was incredibly enthusiastic and by far had the best customer service Ive ever had. He treated me like an old friend and asked me what I was needing things for and gave other recommendations as well. Ill for sure be back in this store for my future purchases. Would highly recommend.

Going into a nutrition store can be quite overwhelming. The salesman was very nice and professional and very helpful. His name was Marcus and he help me pick out a good program

Travis helped me find a perfect vitamin for me!!!!

Store was merchandised well but I was appalled that the employee Travis was not wearing a mask. I don’t know if all employees there don’t or if he just did this because he seemed to be there alone.

I like to shop here for my workout products. Every time I shop here they try to get me on their latest valued customer program which is constantly changing and very confusing. I don’t like that.

If someone comes in and clearly doesn’t want help, please just let them shop around. I know the workers can get commission and are required to help guests, but take a hint when a guest doesn’t want to talk. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m looking for. The cashier never smiled, seemed impatient, and mad that I didn’t want his help or to take part in any promotions going on.

The sales guy was an ex body builder and i just wanted to swing on his big muscular arms ...and tehn pf course buy my vitamis but he was nice snd knowledgeable and that helps a ton because the products can be overwhelming

Also located inside woodland mall, great store for all vitamin supplements and workout foods protein shakes and bars
