Dont answer the phone. Im a wrecker driver who dropped off a car and got stuck inside. Youd think theyd pick the phone up. Coded on both sides and my customer left

The manager at the 32nd street location in Kentwood, MI does not answer the phone or call back. In order to reach the manager at this location you must either go to the unit or call another location where they can reach this manager by cell phone. This is my second time trying to reach this locations manager to no avail. I called on a Thursday morning, left a voice mail, and by Saturday afternoon still had no response. The second time I was sitting at the gate and my pass code all of a sudden did not work and I could not retrieve my camper for the weekend. LUCKILY for me my parents store their camper in the same lot and I was able to use their code to get in, because the manager did not answer their phone. A VERY friendly manager at a different location contacted me helping me as well because she could not reach this manager either.

Great customer service and prices. Place seems clean and secure. Only complaint is that the locker slide-lock doesn’t slide along the track very easily making it difficult to open and close the locker.Side note: the air always smells like fresh baked cookies from the bakery down the street, so come with an appetite :)

Nice open lot with plenty of room to park an RV. My first time and it went easy.

The Manager Is very friendly and prompt, she sent the paperwork over immediately via email. I filled out all the paperwork online, with no contact which was great with todays busy schedules it certainly accommodated my needs And she worked, very efficient and professional I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great experience to use national storage centers.

Ashley and NSC in Kentwood were awesome when I was doing a fundraiser that I needed storage space for. Ashley went out of her way to help and provide a seamless experience for my group. The only issue I had was a couple of times the gate would not open for me.

HORRIBLE customer service! I followed the directions on the signs to rent a U-haul truck thru them bc the trucks are parked at the end of my block, and U-haul is 3miles away. So i stood in the cold, following the instructions and nothing worked! So I rang the Ring doorbell, and still Nothing! It was during business hrs, so I DROVE to their location when they didnt answer the phone or respond to my voicemail, and although I could see the lady inside, (and the cute dog was nice enough to come to the door) there was a sign on the door saying they were Closed! She didnt look up much less get up! I called the next day and she was rude and impatient and dismissive, telling me that despite my having a reservation she couldnt help me if it wasnt working and shes not at the bldg right now! I finally realized, I shouldnt be trying sooo hard to give them my hard-earned money.

Was a 4 star rating but there were issues. The major issue was making payments. It was more difficult then it needed to be. The kiosk at the place never worked. Paying inside worked sometimes.. their over the phone payment was a joke and online was a waste and could never set it up. Plus there seemed to be a constant turnover there

I didnt rent long from NSC, but the process of getting a unit, and the no hassle of a lease, and the courteous friendly help was very nice to encounter.

Should be 5 stars except for the 43% increase in rent from 2020 to 2021. This follows marked increases from the business opening.

This was my first time using self storage and I am beyond pleased with my experience. The manager Simeon was attentive, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He showed me multiple different units and answered all of my questions. He even went above and beyond and assisted me with moving a large table. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to store their items!

Friendly management staff always do their best to provide top-rate service. Convenient storage options and the facility is exceptionally well-maintained. Been storing my 25 ft. rv here for a number of years and will continue to do so for some time.

Erica was so friendly and knowledgeable about the storage units I need information regarding the possibility of storing items at this location. She had all the information for the decision I will need to make. The units were clean and everything was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend this complex just alone for the warm greeting and friendly service.

Dont do it. They dont have moving equipment. They wont let you use the restroom. They are hard to reach and when you can reach them they are rude and not helpful.

I have used a few different National Storage Centers, and I have to say that this one does not disappoint. Sandra the manager is extremely helpful, and she is always friendly. This store is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I store here for a business, and they are very accommodating.

I had a rough day getting the U Haul and getting the hitch off my RV camper which broke😣💩💢 but Ben who was there today was very helpful with the gate code problems and my U Haul truck🚚 issue I really appreciate it because literally nobody else who I called could help me Ben seems like a good man with integrity 💯✌️🏿

We had been very happy with the Storage unit owned by the previous owner (Ironwood) and this review is not based on the storage units themselves or the company as a whole, however when we called to make a payment to the previous owners we were told it had been sold (This was the First we had known this) and that we were to make payments to the new owner. When I called I spoke with Laci who was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times before I could actually get an address out of her to mail the payment. We had intended on driving the payment into the physical location however the -29º and icy roads prompted a phone call to gather address information. She proceeded to tell me that if payment did not arrive after the 5 day grace period there would be a late fee.

Pleasant employee, he explained everything and it was the easiest part of my day.
