Very happy with the transaction with this store. They delivered a refrigerator and a stove on time as promised. They also went a little above and beyond what they needed to because the fridge didnt fit through the door easily. Instead of having a cant do it attitude they got it done! STAY AWAY from this sears! tried to return craftsman hand tools and they will not honor the warranty. Terrible customer service! It is easy to see why so many sears are closing the doors, i am sure this one will be the next to go out of business!
