From out of town and stopped in because my moms IPad was not updating very quickly. Robert was very kind and not put out that I just needed a plug and internet. Was absolutely baffled by the lack of knowledge or courtesy of this Russell wireless location !!! I came in with a prepaid iPhone for my brother we purchased a prepaid card in a different location realized we didnt have a sim card called Walmart they where out so I called Russell wireless as a previous Verizon employee of many years I know they ons and outs with many friends in management positions. The man behind the counter told me I cant just sell you a sim card you have to activate it in store and theres a$25 charge for activation unless I already have Verizon account I do but I want it on a separate account that I can do myself on line or over the phone for Free!!!! why would I pay you??? For something I can do myself and why do you not give your employees the option to do this ontheir own this is NOT the way Verizon does things they are a wonderful company I called and complained to my old District Manager he them made a few calls FYI not the way Verizon runs thier locations this place is a sad excuse and just wants to take peoples money fort Madison ends up calling me offering to sell just the sim there is a mile long list of people who sell SIM cards I choose to spend my money with my Verizon team bc the are amazing and dont try to steal my money!!! You though Keokuk Verizon Russell Wireless Suck!!!

I had great service here recently; I normally purchase my phones online through verizon because that usually was the best route I had recently went in for troubles with my Iphone 6 updating Stefan helped me and spent all the time going over any questions that I had. I recently bought the Iphone 8 from them and got a better deal than I would have paid online getting the phone,case and screen protector and didnt have to wait to have the phone shipped like I normally do. They do a great job here and really appropriate the help when my phone causes me troubles!!

Lack of coverage in the area. But the associates are more than eager to sell you a phone or sign you up for service knowing that coverage is sorely lacking.

Took my nephew to get him a new cell. The clerk had recommendations for my nephew to choose from. Find him a cell and a plan to fit his budget and nneds.

My wifes phone was bricked and Cory helped us reset it to get working. We are thankfully for his help.
