This Walmart has got to be the least busy Walmart Ive ever been in!! Its very very clean also......the staff are super friendly unlike some walmarts in central OKC Ive been in!! Very family oriented I must say!! Very nice experience for being a Walmart Super center!! Will deff recommend to anyone!!

Very clean store. Well organized and help is always easy to find. Every time I have stopped and asked an associate for help they assisted me in a very friendly manner and always seemed knowledgeable about where things are. Fresh fruits and veggies are of good quality and I never have to wait in line for self checkout. Overall great experience.

Easily found what I was looking for and the service counter was very helpful about a return item.

Went in with a problem I had online with an order I had paid for a product that was never received for a month. I went to customer service they tried 4 times to get my refund and entered my order number into their system, the bar code on my email they had scanned for refund only to find out was to repurchase an not refund- team lead associate Julie took over after cash register associate Matthew had followed step by step on Refund email patiently working with the information given. After entering information an finding out the code on from the refund email lead to repurchase instead, shorted the cash register my refund leaving him to feel like his job was in jeopardy in some way when he had no wrong doing on. Team lead then took over an called for additional information only to get the person on the other end of the phone to hang up on her after presenting the complications being encountered an for a 2nd time calling someone else who gave more information about how to proceed with transaction, they to couldnt process the difficulty on the transaction needed telling team lead that refund would be issued within 3-5 business days With all my issues on this they were calm and patient an for most customers would be aggravated at such I to have been patient I gave 5 stars because they stepped up to help their clientele with complicated issues and thank you for you all to help.

Great place to shop. Have found some nice bargains in the clearance dept. At different Walmart stores.

Its a great place as far as having what you need but they have some ppl there that follow ppl around and its a little nerve racking when you havent done anything wrong! They follow you be abuse they believe you will or you have stolen from them and thats profiling based off an appearance! I understand they are just doing their job but some should choose to do it better!

I dont remember the pharmacist and pharmacist techs names but I wanted to say how wonderful they are. My 15 year old son is autistic and I took him to the Keokuk, Ia pharmacy for his first COVID vaccine shot. The appointment was on August 14th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. We had prepared my son as much as we can but you never know. He was nervous but these two employees immensely understood why was needed different for him. The pharmacist came in with the vaccine and the tech joined her. While the pharmacist was getting ready to give the shot the tech distracted him. They were very patient, professional, and just so much more understanding than many people who have had to work with him. They even told him how great he did. I really hope this gets back to these two and they are recognized for just being fantastic. Thank you.

Boondocked one night here.Thr manager was polite. We found the store was clean & well organized with a good selection of merchandise. Definitely recommend.

Today my daughter and I put walmart to the test. My daughter got a big package of toilet paper, and a big package of paper towels. I got a big thing of toilet paper, and a 24 pack of pop.I only had a few sacks, you could clearly see the unbagged stuff. I told daughter to not get out her reciept, we would test them.They asked for my reciept...no problem.She must have just gone through the motions. Cause there was 25.00 of unpaid for stuff in my cart. 🤔

Narrow isles make it very hard to shop for clothes with the handicap scooter.....only having a 2 functional isles that you dont have to do it yourself.....why do I go to Walmart if all paths are self service! If they did it too save money....no wonder my boyfriend of 4 years almost never goes to Walmart! I know other people that hate it too!My sister came with me! Thank God! Still hurt her and had a painful trip also...her pain is worse than mine was the last electric cart....she insisted I take it...they dont HAVE ENOUGH ELECTRIC CARTS! In the store their was one....we just happened to meet someone else who was getting ready to leave...she was very nice also in conversation! Actually she was the only person I seen...no one came up to help they all seen me struggle between the Isles....disappointed we came home!

For the most part this is one of the better walmart stores Ive been to their clearance isnt as cheap as other stores but they do a good job keeping things stocked at a decent price. This store has some of the best employees Matt in Electronics is a knowledge powerhouse and will bend over backwards to help you get what you need and or want.

The wait for checking out is rediculous! They have 20 or more check out lanes and one is open. The employees and pretty good but if I dont have to go there the happier I am!

They tend to be a lot friendlier and more helpful than it most Walmart’s, but when it comes to liquor go elsewhere like Hyvee or Keokuk liquor and spirits. Refused to sell me a bottle of rum even though I am of age and presented my ID, stating it was against Iowa law, which is isn’t.

Filthy store, rude staff, absolutely no customer service, no longer sell much if any made in America, use CAUTION when buying food, fresh items will spoil very quickly. Fruits, like strawberries, will appear fine from outside the container but molded goo on the inner section. They spray produce with water and who knows what, with lettuce, cabbage and such you get to pay for the weight of the water too. Bought broccoli crowns, inside was covered with something brown, thought it was feces actually was chocolate but someone put it there, inedible.

Shelf stockers are helpful when asked to get items off of top shelves where step ladders are needed. Could have had more check out lanes with store clerks. Seen 1 check out lane open with a cashier working and 3 other associates standing nearby doing nothing but visiting.

Pros, they usually have pretty much anything and everything you could want, and they are usually the better price. And the cons, its another huge chain store that is slowly pushing the little Mom and Pop stores into the past.

Not the friendliest of Walmarts. This location is closer to my parents, who shop here often. My experience with the staff was meh. One guy at the automotive counter was excellent, but my parents experience with others there was very poor - highly unresponsive and dismissive, slow, seemingly ambivalent to generating business. The counters and shelves in the store were about average, in terms of orderliness and stocking. It is a busy location.

I dont care for Walmart but its close to home and the prices arent bad either. The employees are always nice and take care of you

The fact that there is only one person on a checkout line is not at all what my shopping experience should be like. It is ridiculous that you have no choice except to self check or wait in line for an hour!

Sent money Walmart to Walmart and it wasnt delivered.

I went in to get my oil changed at 5:40, waited and waited. Customers one by one piling up with no help, nobody in sight besides the workers ignoring us. Customer service gave no response when we asked to send someone. Then proceeded to tell everyone that they are closed. When we were waiting, on time. Worst interaction i’ve had with walmart ever. Will be getting my oil and grocery needs elsewhere.

My shopping experience at the Keokuk Walmart was terrible today. I couldnt find an associate to help me with a certain type of light bulb. I gave up looking! Check out was the worst!!! A total of two lanes open!!! I dont normally go to a self checkout but I was so irritated standing in one of the only two lanes open that I gave up and headed to the self checkout. Im scanning my items and the babysitter at the self checkout starts to scan an item which I had already scanned. I informed her I had scanned the item and she said she was trying to help! Would you like to help? Open up another checkout lane so I dont have to do your job! And that ladies and gentlemen was my experience at Walmart today! 😡

Still getting use to Covid restrictions! No shoulder to shoulder shopping. Entrance is still monitored. Mask required. This Wal- Mart was clean. The shopping carts are sanitized as they are returned imsde the store. Just be safe!

This Walmart is clean and neat with wide aisles that are not cluttered. The employees are friendly and helpful. A real plus is reasonable prices and a wide variety of items.
