Brooklyn lies, steals, and cheats. She writes bad checks all the time. The quality of her products she makes are terrible. Theres a Facebook group with over 550 people who have had bad experiences. Her special orders take months if you even get it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Ordered from her in February she took the money right out of my account which at the time i was fine with waited waited she got shipments in of the leggings i ordered but mine wasnt in there waiting on another shipment they never came never offered my the same size in different color has to ask several times if they had arrived even sold the leggings in store at a discounted price after several people had bought just weeks ago at higher price i felt the whole thing was very unprofessional. Have seen numerous nasty messages from her! Still waiting on my refund.....Never again shopping there

I was tagged in a post saying my package shipped. After a couple weeks, not a package to be seen, I asked about it and was told it was accidentally left in a pile for store pick up.... why would I pay shipping to pick up? Another couple weeks, still no package so I ask for a tracking number.... she refused to give me a tracking number but took the liberty of calling the post office for me, and they were useless.... again I ask for a tracking number and still have not gotten it. I ended up requesting my money back through paypal! DO NOT shop her live/online store and expect shipped items to ever arrive... she will have ten million excuses as to why it isnt there...

Absolute worst store, try supporting small businesses just to get the complete run around including FRAUD. You will be told your package has been shipped months ago and it hasnt even moved. Your stuff will be held onto for months on end, you wont get a refund, and youll get your checks held from you also. Get some class and learn to run a store. Its trashy.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option.I purchased a Michael Kors tote. I was told it was real. It was NOT real. It fell apart within a couple weeks of purchasing. Horrible customer service. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this business.

Treats customers and employees terribly. Takes months to receive an order, if you receive it at all. Poor quality items. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Everything is poorly made. I’ve bought a couple things there and ripped (pants) just by moving. Never have had such poorly made items at such an expense.

Would rate 0 if I could been waiting months on a shirt messaged her about it 3 weeks ago she said she was making it that week 🤔 still nothing messaged again now just getting ignored filing a complaint through PayPal and will never order from her again!!! Try to support small business and get crapped on !!

A friend ordered leggings and has been waiting for three months to either receive product or a refund. When she posted about it on Facebook warning others about the shady business practices she was messaged by an employees husband and threatened over her post. Bad business practices and then trying to strongarm a disgruntled customer.

Owner is unprofessional. Items made are often off center, faded, broken, ripped, or stained. 😬

Horrible customer service, owner thinks she is above everyone. Overpriced and bad quality.

Ordered from her last year shipping took months and I didn’t even get what was advertised that I had ordered. Poor quality. Poor attitude. -0 stars.

Lovely little boutique store, the owner is very kind and started it all up herself. Shes done a great job. Cute clothes as well as plus size selections. Would love to see a bigger selection for plus size tho.
