The past times I been there the manager Jose has been helpful and friendly. Even found parts that O’Reilly couldn’t find. Can’t recommend this Autozone enough

Good local place to get auto parts...friendly staff...

So annoying when you call ahead and you’re told the battery you need is in stock, so you drive to get it and when you arrive you’re told its not available after all but more expensive batteries are. Funny thing is my Dad and I were on the speaker phone when we called to place the battery on hold, when I arrived the screen showed a battery was being held for “Antonio not Antoinette,” in walks me a female and suddenly only the more expensive batteries are available. Things that make you go hmmm. I asked the manager if I could have the next battery up for the lower price I was promised over the phone, he said No and suggested I go to O’Rileys. I did and they were freaking awesome! Show some compassion treat men and women equally, car problems are stressful no one wants to lug an old battery to multiple stores. I’ve been working on cars since I was 14 years old old, sad to see women are still being upsold and treated poorly.

The staff at the Kerman AutoZone are helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. They helped me with my cooling system problem and even addressed my head gasket issue. Ive picked up all my automotive materials and parts from them for over 7 years now and will continue to do so.

Helpful and friendly but they never seem to have what I need. I think the prices are kinda high too. But there arent many places to choose from.

Greeted us nicely as my son and I walked in. Also, gentlemen who helped us at counter explained to my son the difference in performance of k&n filter to a regular stp. Very helpful ! another employee asked if we were bieng helped -as the gentlemen had gone to get filter. Wow! Awesome Customer Service!!!We could have went to any of the Two locations in Madera but chose to take a drive to Kerman !!

They get busy allot so dont expect to get in and out. But everyone there is nice and they usually have what you need.

Could have quicker service. Still convenient for auto parts.

Don’t live very close to this location but traveled to get the part they had in stock, spoke with someone on the phone said it would be on hold. Got here and said system having problems with system and didn’t have part in hold.. (no biggie I could wait for them to pull it), but once everything was gathered couldn’t bill me out for it... but was a problem they had been having all day, so it was known when I was told to come on it in phone. Waste of my time and gas.

Man I dont know how manny time they going to make me go back and change my oxygen sensor I already gone three times and they keep coming out defective now they could only order it if I pay for it and I got warranty how dose that work making me waste time and gas if I could give it negative rating I would give it negative 5 star
