My experience at this location was possibly one of the best customer service experienced. The store manager Jasmin really goes above and beyond for us as customers. She makes your time there well spent. Really makes you feel appreciated and welcomed. Definitely my go to location and will be referring her and this location to others. I came in to the Verizon store to check on my phone, and I left with an new phone and two new watches!!! Julian was such a great rep. He explained everything in detail so good that I just had to go for it.

Came into Verizon in Kerman, the Customer service here is exceptional! Today is the second visit and I have to say, the employees there are amazing. They are very kind and go above and beyond to help us as customers. Jasmin has a beautiful and kind personality. She is an amazing manager and is showing she is teaching her team to be great as well. Will most definitely be coming back to them and also referring more people to them as well

Julian was very helpful. The store was busy and the associate I worked with day before was helping another customer. Julian ended up closing out my purchase for me even though he wasnt going to be making commission off it. Either way he was very friendly and patient. The fact that his good attitude didnt change regardless of commission really stood out to me.

Came into the Verizon store in Kerman for the first time, and it was such a great experience. Gema was so knowledgeable about everything she explained everything so clearly. Came in for and upgrade and she gave me so many great possibilities. I left home really thankful that they have workers like her, that are willing to help you out, and answer all your questions. Small location but very nice and helpful staff, very efficient and proficient staff. Went in to pay my bill ask some questions and got everything done with a matter of minutes. Mask are required to enter and 6ft apart is practiced there also, they also have a limited amount of people allowed to enter for our safety. Overall great experience helpful staff.

Maria went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue. She set us up with a new phone and new tablet after all the mess we had to go through. I was very pleased with her efforts to find a solution. Her customer service was great and was translating everything to my husband so he was in the loop of everything to make final decisions on our plan. Thanks again Maria !

Amanda helped me when I was totally frustrated with my dinosaur iPhone. She is the most pleasant person!!!! Very upbeat, happy, and always had a smile!!!! Even when my phone wasn’t cooperating to transfer my information to my new phone. Not to mention I only had a limited time to buy and transfer information. She was definitely working under pressure, but kept a smile while still trying everything to get it to work. It wasn’t done in the allotted time I had, but I really didn’t mind, because she was just an awesome person to be around!!!! She was honestly like one of my daughters (family)!!!!! I will be back in a few days to pick up my ordered items, and really look forward to seeing her!!! I was amazed at how rude a worker at this Verizon office is. Her name is Ashley Ayala. This company is well known, they should not hire people like this young woman who answers annoyed and angry all the time. You say hello and say goodbye and she doesnt answer with that angry gesture. If one as a customer is going to buy, not to ask for a gift. Girl should stay at home maybe her bad temper passes. Your supervisors should be aware of how you treat people badly. I would like your boss to realize that his clients are going to run with these types of employees. Supervisors of this office, this type of employee is not for Verizon.
