Service clerk in the parts department is very slow and seems to be unfamiliar with the warehouse and selves layout. Only bought one thing and it took about 10 mins to find it then 10 mins to write up the invoice even though I was the only customer. The part (a 1/2” hose clamp) was way overpriced and I could not make it into town to buy it at a hardware store. I would not recommend this parts department store and instead recommend going into Fresno or Kerman to get a better deal and service. This was the first and last time I buy from here.
