Much preferred over Walmart. The atmosphere of the store is much nicer and the employees are more courteous.

I have never “ranted” on Facebook but there is always a first! I just got home from the Target in Kernersville. This is usually a store I brag about but today has changed my mind! I finished shopping and went to check out. No light were on to show a cashier was present so I asked an “employee” wasn’t there a register open? Her response was “ not until 9:30”! My buggy was over 1/2 full. As I WORKED and checked my self out, she stood there just watching me from a far.....but she was getting paid! Something is very wrong with this picture! I am so worried about what this world is coming to. Not just politics but in general! No one seems to be worried about anything anymore. Ok. I’m done. Have a nice day. Maybe if I need a job I can put cashier on my resume!🤣🤣

This particular Target is clearly taking extra precautions to ensure a safe, clean, and even pleasant shopping environment for its guests. From the greeter who hand-cleaned my cart just before rolling it to me, to the associate who kindly reiterated the mask policy over the intercom, to the pleasant cashier patiently handling my coupons and multi-tender transaction, the whole experience was drastically less frustrating than my shopping experience at a different Target just a couple days prior. The Kernersville location is my home store, but I will be driving out of my way if necessary going forward to be sure it’s now my only store. Shopping isn’t as much fun in 2020 in general, but this store’s team at least made it feel more safe (and thus less anxious).

Very clean store, very clean restrooms. Typically good customer service but everyone has their days. Much better than going to their trashy competitor next door. Prices have gotten more competitive with other box stores, sometimes better than next door. Love the in-store pick up and the drive thru pick up. You do have make sure you are choosing drive thru pick up, if that’s what you need. They cannot bring a store pick up item to your car, which makes total sense if you think about it, since there are two options. Not a great grocery selection but Target isn’t a grocery store, so no knock for that. This is probably the best Target in the Triad.

Called to verify item in stock since website said limited stock and none at any extension would answer phone and customer relations wasnt any help either just made excuses for it.

Target is the best. They have things I dont even know I need! Customer service was great in checking my ID quickly so I could get home to enjoy my beverages.

All the stores are well stocked and organized. All the employees are personable kind and helpful. They know where the products are located and assist you in finding just what you are looking for.

Great idea, poor execution. Very inconvenient to receive the wrong items. Now I have to make time to return them because your employee doesn’t pay any attention to detail.I understand the premise of contactless delivery by placing the items in the trunk rather than giving them to the customer manually. However it keeps the customer from being able to check and verify if their order is right. You get all the way home to realize you’ve been given the wrong things.

I caved in and tried the drive up order pickup, it was wonderful, I usually go inside but Im going to have to do this again.

For one, you sell Kpop albums and merch (mostly BTS and Blackpink). Yall have products that arent sold at other stores. Would love for yall to add more Kpop albums from different groups. Other than that, yall are great

Target is now and has always been clean and well stocked. From the moment you enter the clean and well arranged store makes for a relaxed shopping experience. We have never been disappointed when visiting any of the Target stores in PA, AZ, NC, FL and others along the way. In fact, Target is always our go to when traveling.

After waiting at customer service for at least 15 minutes for someone to show up to help me. An unkempt young man says my items price doesn’t scan. I didn’t tell him that is why I am there. I explain the gentleman in the back of the store said it had been an online purchase and I would need to go to customer service to get the price. This boy looked it up and it says the online price is 1599. I explain to him I work in retail so as I understand it shouldn’t not be discounted since it was an online purchase and then returned? He tries to radio someone that he could not get to call him back and he just says to me that is the price if I wanted to pay it and I said that is not the way I understand it to work in my line of retail. He then just says do you want it or not? I said to him here you can have all my items this is the worst customer service.

Usually I would give Target a 5. But today not so much. I ordered a toy online to pick-up at the store. When I arrived I parked in the online pick-up area. When I tried to call the store to have my item brought out no one would answer the phone. An associate came out to deliver something to another customer. So I asked her. She said I didnt order it for curbside pick-up and I would have to come in the store to get it. I had my 4 year old grandchild with me and didnt want to go in the store. So I had to go home and wait until my daughter came to go pick it up. The same associate waited on me. I held up the bar one on my phone and she scanned it, got the item, and handed it to me. The only thing she said was have a good day. No greeting but the most irritating thing was there was NO reason that she couldnt have brought it out to my car to begin with.

I love Target however, several times (year round) I have gone to the store for an item ( that the website said was in stock) and the item is out of stock. Same with online orders. I just tried to order a TV and got an email (after I paid) that the item was no long available. Beware, if there are only a few in stock chances are good they do not have them.

It was so easy. I could find what I was looking for online, purchase it and then be notified it was ready for pickup before I even left the house. This was my first time utilizing this service and Im definitely planning to use it more based on how easy it was.

I don’t understand the purpose of the drive up service if no one comes out to bring you your order! I’ve been waiting for about 30-45 mins in my car to receive things that I’ve already purchased! I’m 9 months pregnant and going inside was not an option! Come on Target Kernersville!!!

Got a flu shot in the pharmacy here. Quick, easy and literally painless. I showed them my insurance card and they didn’t ask for any money. Then I went by the Starbucks counter inside and got a double chocolate chunk brownie.

Very fun place to be. However, when I tried on one swimsuit there was a huge red stain in the bottoms. But the employees were very nice and helped us receive new ones.

I printed the Target baby shower registry list and bought 7 items then scan and the paper to show items were bought. I went to the baby shower and noticed there were duplicates of everything I purchased. What a disappoint ! Target needs to update thier Baby shower Registry when items are bought. Needless to say the pregnant Mother has to go to Target tomorrow to return over 20 items .She is 7 months pregnant and this is such an inconvience when she should be resting and enjoying all the presents she requested. I thought this was the whole point of a Registry!

I ordered my items and and picked up on my way home from work. I waited less than 5 minutes and the associate was super friendly!

Love targets drive up service. I no longer have to make separate trips when I have sleeping kids or dogs with me. And it also saves me money because I don’t end up buying things I don’t need. I’m not sure that target is happy with that side of things but I make far more purchases at target now because of this service.

Super fast service. Friendly too!!! Also, this is the cleanest Target store ever.

Clean store. Always well organized and very well maintained. This location has Target Cafe serving Pizza Hut products as well as a selection of Target branded sandwiches and snacks. It also has a Starbucks and Pharmacy. Only down side is this store seems to have been passed on for the latest store update and does not have the updated fixtures or the larger selection of fresh food and produce that many of the other stores now have. Team members are always fast, friendly and fun. They are well trained, ready to help and easily identifiable. Need help? Just find a red shirt. Also cleanest public restroom facilities anywhere in retail, always cleaned once every hour.

Found what I needed at a great price. Spent less time finding what I needed than standing in line at the checkout, though. At lunchtime on Saturday there should be more than 2 registers open.

Im actually in store now its 12 noon and theres literally 2 cashiers available its sat mite I add target you have to do better at scheduling and placing employees at this late site there are 18 registers at this site come on are you kidding me

Very nice staff. Always nice. Prices are a bit high for the same stuff you can get at Walmart, but thats probably a corporate issue as opposed to a local issue. Selection is good, especially the book sections!

Love this Target. Best place for seasonal decor and goodies, great new grocery selection, friendly staff and clean interior. They also have a Starbucks here and compared to the Walmart, the service and items are way better

Ordering online and picking up in the store is so covenient and stress-free and this means a lot especially during the busy holiday season. In addition, the quick turn around time between ordering and picking up the times, was superb.

Always neat and tidy inside and out, easy access to dressing room to try on items you are interested in purchasing. Friendly employees at checkout and at dressing room area!! A little expensive but normally what you purchase is worth it most of the time.

I’ve been shopping at this Target for around seven years now. I’ve never had a bad experience until the other day. Jasmine is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at this location. She lacks any customer service skills and is not a friendly person. She acts like she has a chip on her shoulder and seems to be a generally angry person. I expect that type of service at Wal-Mart not Target. I’m not sure I’ll be back if she’s still employed at this location. People have a choice as to where they shop and I choose to shop where Im treated with respect. It seems like shes forgotten that by me spending my money, it ensures a paycheck for her. And thats for any employee anywhere.

Not a bad Target. Usually not busy when we go but we like to go late at night when it really isnt busy. Prices are ok, not great, but reasonable. Clean store, its cool that they have a place you can get some food too.

Im not used to going to Target so it was kinda hard finding what I needed, but there are plenty of people that you can ask for help and theyll point you in the right direction. The clothes are a little pricey sometimes, but its good quality stuff.

They usually have an item that I am looking for. Sometimes my usual Target has run out of the item, or is just out of stock. They also have a Starbucks Coffee shop located inside the store.

One Time When I Went To This Store. When I Was About To Get A Shopping Cart. There Was No Carts At All. I Had But Not Just Me Other People Before Me Or After Me Were Complaining About The Cart Issue.

Everything went smoothly except for the long lines at the pick up counter. On December 20th, Target should have staffed the counter with more than one person. The lines were ridiculous.

I have had some mixed experiences with Target. Staff are for the most part friendly and the store has a decent enough inventory with a small grocery section.However, my experiences with the snack bar have been less fortunate. The pizza hut partnership is alright, but their conventional cafe has been lackluster. I ordered one soft pretzel, and was disappointed to find it was undercooked, almost cold in some spots.Despite any potential faults, I will gladly go to Target over the competition nextdoor any day.

Target is Walmarts cooler, cleaner and trendier sister. There are less products stocked at my Target then Walmart, but they tend to be very affordable versions of at-the-moment style.The health and beauty section tends to be well-stocked with a great makeup, skincare and hair/body products. There is a great pet section, with toys, treats, grooming tools and cute outfits.Receptive staff for the most part. There are price scanners in the store as well as on the app.

I just cant believe that this company will put people’s / employees life in danger by opening a store for a few dollars. The Gov. McCrory declared a State of Emergency due to the sleet and ice that is expected. Yet they only think about making a dollar, which is truly a lost compare to the light bill and employee paid for that day. A lot of their employees are young and inexperience and distant travel all have a factor of an employee’s LIFE…..Shame on you TARGET.

This is the worst target store I have ever been to. Went in today to buy a echo speaker that was priced in the stor at 99.99 staples has for 69.99 and is on target website for 69.99 ask the electronics rep about price matching was told the don’t price match this weekend (corporate office website doesn’t say that) so went to the customer service desk ask to see the manager she told me the same thing. By the way staples is in the same parking lot. Called the corporate customer service # and after 20 minutes on the phone with them and them calling the store they naw say they have fixed the issue and they are now 69.99 in the store also. I will not return to this target or any other target and will make sure I tell everyone I come into contact with. I will also fill a complaint with better business office for there advertising practices.
