Staff, James, was very helpful and understanding. Helped me in many ways to get the mattress and box spring I needed. I had spoken to Kevin a couple days before I was able to go to the store and he was very helpful also. Both showed great customer service.

James Smith was great to work with. He is knowledgable and gave good descriptions of the different mattresses we looked at. We went to two other mattress stores. We returned to kernersville mattress firm because James was the most professional and knowledgeable.

The associates that helped me pick out my new pillow were super helpful and showed me about 5 or 6 pillows to choose from based on my needs. I was insanely indecisive but they were very patient and helped to narrow down to the winner. I was advised the pillow would be available at another store the next day and was disappointed to get to that store to be told would be another whole week. I discreetly voiced my displeasure to Mattress Firm and they responded super quick and made things right. They also provided an explanation on the misunderstanding of the expected timeframes for receiving the product. All in all a great transaction and will be returning customer!
