Mycayla the supervisor is AMAZING !! 5 star employee!! She’s so sweet & does a great job. Everytime she’s there my orders are made right or the register line is kept up smoothly !

Kitchen staff very accommodating and pleasant, and my food came out quick, hot, & fresh! Convenience store was clean and organized. Though they were out of two condiments, all order kiosks were clearly labeled with signs, so that you couldnt miss it!

You want a horrible hot dog well this is the place..how can you make a bad hot dog when all you have to do is make it to order

I went in at around 10:40pm and ordered some food. This is the first time I have been to a Sheetz and had someone that worked behind the counter making food actually interact with me. I saw on his name tag he was named James. He was super friendly and joked around with me. Not only was my food nice and hot when I got it but to my surprise he had even gave me extra cheese which made my night. I’m glad to see there are still nice friendly people in this world.

Waited 20 minutes for a small iced coffee. Not busy. The young boy was taking to his friends. I finally asked for my money back but the manager made it. (Only took a minute to make it). He did give me a free coupon for another special coffee.

I went in there to get fuel today. There was a tall man with a beard at the register helping a customer. The customer asked for one can of grizzly wintergreen pouches, or some other. The guy behind the counter grabbed five cans and asked if the customer wanted a log. Customer stated, again, “no just one” the employee, again, asked if he wanted a log still holding the five cans and looking at the customer with a bewildered look on his face. This happened 2 more times, the customer telling the guy behind the counter “just one” and the guy still didn’t get it. He was obviously distracted by something because he didn’t care enough to pay attention to the customer. I’m waitin patiently in the line to be helped next, watching all this go down. It was embarrassing. Any ways, so then he leaves the counter after he helped that customer, to go look around the store. That is all he did, walk around and look around the store. Didn’t say anything to me just left the counter and scoped the place out. At this point I’m thinking this guy is an unprofessional idiot. So he finally comes back, and I hand him ten dollars and tell him “ten on ten”. Well he puts it on two, understandable anyone can mistake ten for two. How ever when I went back to tell him to put it on ten, the games began. He didn’t put it on ten, instead he did nothing at all. When I went back in the supervisor Brittany was at the counter and I asked her to put it on ten. Went to pump and still it was not set, so I went back in there, and she had a good little smirk on her face, so o asked for my money back. Never will come to this unproffessional establishment again. And I will make a file a corporate complaint.

For a gas station, it is priced in line with other stations. Restrooms are very clean. Food is made fresh while you wait and there is also a line of ready made to go. There is outdoor seating.

Ill return to Sheetz stations when they either start discounting fuel for showing annoying ads with audio at the pumps, or discontinue the ads entirely. Give me some peace while filling, and most definitely cut them at night so I can safely hear my surroundings.

Not 1 of the 16 window washing tubs at the pumps has water. Not great when its 70 degrees out and the day after salted/snow roads. They have gas to sell you but cant be bothered to fill the water for you. Thanks for thinking of us!

Great service and friendly staff.

I just left the sheetz store on the corner of Gralin and N. Main in Kernersville, NC. While I was waiting in line I witnessed the cashier on duty (tall with dreadlocks and a crooked and wrinkled sheetz hat - halfway on his head) treat to customers ahead of me terribly. He exhibited a bad attitude, was unresponsive, and very sarcastic when he had to respond. When it was my turn he acted in the same belittling way. I brushed it off the first time, but when I came back in to pick up more items he was just as terrible. I have never experienced this gangster/thuggish attitude before and was very shocked and disappointed because sheetz employees aren’t usually like this. I’ve seen him working there before, so I’m under the impression that the management is ok with this. Very disappointing. I am a regular customer, but I am willing to go elsewhere if it means I will experience better customer service.

My main complaint about this location (mostly Sheetz in general) is that some of the food prices at the restaurant are a bit pricy -especially for the quality of some of the items. Besides that, this is a good location to go for. The gas pumps quickly, and there is a good selection of merchandise to splurge on.

Love the cheaper gas with the Sheet card. Great food and knick knacks in store and the restaurant is actually delicious. I recommend a burger or some doughnuts. Place is always clean and tons of spaces to pump gas.

Food is great, the place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing that I didnt like was how poorly made the lattes are.

I went to this gas station today to use the free drink promotion that they had sent out in the mail to most people in the area. Its defiantly a clean place that I wouldnt hesitate to stop in and use the restroom, but its also one of the most disorganized gas stations that Ive ever been to.I loved creating my food selection using their touch screen order system. It seemed like a efficient way to let people put in orders, but in the end it failed me. My order of a simple cappuccino drink took over 15 mins to make and was never announced when it was made. Some guy behind the counter was randomly spitting out order numbers and you could tell that this system wasnt working out for them based on the number of frustrated people waiting for their food.This brings me to the second point. While all of this technology and seemingly innovative system of ordering seems all fine and dandy, it didnt help with the quality of food. The cappuccino was horrible -- even with my low expectation. It was lukewarm and tasted like it was made with spoiled milk.My sister got a few angus sliders, which look amazing, but tasted like they were reheated. Im sure they werent, but it just seems that they are using a lower grade meat. I honestly thought they were mixed with pork, but the website ingredient lists it as 100% beef.
