Owning a small business that involves a great deal of travel, I have had the opportunity to use numerous office/printing services.In all my travels and business dealings I have never used a more competent and professional employee than at this Staples. I will be back solely on the work he completed for me and his advice that made my product so much better. I will be returning to this location for all my future requirements.That employee’s name is Chavez.If you are an employer anywhere, you should go steal this guy.

Manager and girl were “too busy” today to help me print off one piece of paper while I was standing there with no one else in the store. The self serve machine would not resize the photo that I need today. ONE PIECE OF PAPER.On a good note- young man with pony tail is super nice and helped me before.

The customer service at this store is awesome. I called because I needed some items that I was having trouble ordering online for curbside pickup. They found my items, let me pay over the phone and had them ready when we arrived curbside. All this done with an amazing, friendly attitude. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The manager was running around like a crazy person. I asked him to show me where something was and he pointed and told me where it should be but he didnt take me and show me. I had already looked in that area. I dont think customers want to go in there and see him running around . Customer service at the register was good. You could tell him doing that made everybody nervous though. I gave it 2 stars only because of him.

Staples is an office supply, computer, mail center and print shop. You can send and receive faxes, have banners printed and buy toilet paper, all in one place. What I like best is that it isnt usually crowded like a big box stores and has unique office items. If you check their fliers online, they usually have a few good deals weekly. Sign up for office rewards and get 5% back on purchases. Also get special offers when you get their email. It is back to school and I got a $10 off $50 coupon. 08/2018

If you need office supplies you can find a decent variety here. However, steer clear of their copy and print center. I visited the store today and waited for at least 30 minutes, and no one from behind the counter said well be right with you sorry for the wait get lost, not a word! I went to the UPS store to get what I needed printed, and this is their busiest time of the year! However, they found time to help a customer. Imagine that!!

I did the review from the receipt info, but there was no place to give credit to specific store employees. I hope they will see this review because I could not edit the online survey. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from the associates who helped me today--Shobah, Noah, and Olivia. The item I wanted to buy was not in stock, and Olivia checked to see if it was available in other area Staples. It was not, so she led me through the process of an online order and made sure it would be sent directly to my home. Noah was friendly and courteous with his help, and Shobah made sure that I got the extra discount that I would have gotten if I had ordered from my home computer. Thanks so much to these wonderful employees. I always encounter knowledgeable, courteous, helpful associates at this store.

Today I requested to have a 180+ page pdf printed and spiral bound. Within 20 minutes it was done. Professional, courteous, and exceeded my expectations of being prompt. Fantastic job!

The Staples store in Kernersville, NC HAS to be the BEST Staples! The staff members are always helpful and friendly. I particularly like their printing services. I also appreciate having a knowledgeable person help me with technology questions. They NEVER fail to acknowledge you as you walk through the door. Being a frequent customer, some of the employees remember my name. How nice that is!

I am saddened for this location. Their self serve printers are awful, their systems are always running excruciatingly slow, and the poor employees just try to make it work. While the employees are awesome, their services are awful. I’ve never been in and out in under 30 minutes. And mind you, I only needed ONE copy the one time. So sad. Corporate, please help this location out .

I use a high power computer, and had to get it fixed. After locating the part, I paid up to have their tech guys replace said piece. I am happy to report that the repair went without fault and this machine is back up and running once more.

This store should be a flag ship store for the entire Staples chain. This store manager has this store in top shape, wide open lanes, every thing neat, and excellent service. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area, and was just passing through, wish this store was near my neighborhood in Atlanta.

Went in for ink. The sign says Price Match Guarantee... Well match any competitors price on ink with an online and retail store--plus Amazon Which is a convoluted sign and horribly misleading.A store supervisor said It only means Office Depot or Amazon or something like thatI found a screaming price for my cartridges (almost half of their price) and of course, they wouldnt match it. Said their policy clearly identifies only a few competitors it matches. He offered to let me read it... I didnt want to read it... I wanted a clearer or not misleading sign... I asked the supervisor to remove the sign or add a note that says see the policy for details. He refused.Its a horrible misleading sign.The Price Match Guarantee means the store must have a retail store and an online presence. My find met both requirements...Another dishonest company...

If quick printing is what you want, go elsewhere. You do have the option to get rushed service. The other option next door offers printing too, much cheaper and quicker.Today, I wanted three 8x10 images printed. I was told unless I paid for rush service it wouldnt be done today. Olivia tried to sell me on the speedier service by telling me I would move ahead of others that have already waited two days. That let me know how long the wait would really be without paying extra for expedited service. The manager Justin was no addition help. After just repeating what I already knew and me telling him if there was no quicker service (at least to a comparable rate of their competitors for no extra charge) I would go elsewhere, he agreed it would be best to go to a competitor. There I went, across the parking lot to of all places...Walmart. Either way I know it was to the benefit of a corporation, but one got the job done within thirty minutes without extra fees.Every time Ive gone to Staples in Kernersville, I have either had bad service or made to feel I was an inconvenience. Same day printing service is done much better and faster at many other places than this. Judging by the wait time of those who did not rush their service, any where is always better option.

I came in to get an extremely long job application printed off during the afternoon/ evening of March 31st 2017 and about a month before that I came in to have my wifes resume printed out and everyone there was extremely helpful and I really appreciate all the help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Salesman knew his product. I shopped at 5 stores for a camera and the salesman here was most informed. I am impressed.

Very bad experience.Trying to fax 4 pages. No one took the time to show me how the fax worked.Tried over & over to get papers to fax.I was too short to read fax display even after standing on tiptoe.Called my customer to complain about not being able to get my fax to go through to their machine & would they pls. check their machine. They were unable to check their fax machine because every time I called I got a different location & fax was not located there.I gave up, & on my way out, stopped to talk to employee. Had to wait on her over 10 mins as she had no help at this point.She went to the machine and put the paper in a totally different area than was indicated on the machine. I asked her why the label wasnt on the actual area where the fax papers were supposed to go to be faxed.She said because people kept knocking it off! The fax went through with no problem as soon as she faxed it properly. I cannot believe that either she or the other girl that was working there didnt see me attempting to fax my papers incorrectly numerous times since I was there over 30 mins!And if that isnt enough, when I checked out they charged me for a long distance fax & I was charged 3 times what I was to be charged for each page!

Really disappointed. Called to check if they had a product in. Spoke with Ryan. He confirmed having it. Drove there to pick up and he had not confirmed he had it. He just told me they did. Made a special trip with two kids for no reason. Will choose to shop elsewhere in the future.

Bad customer service and quality in copy center. Ordered flyers online which indicated they would print to edge of sheet. Got to store for pickup and told their equipment did not print to edge and I would have to pay extra to cut off edges. No one called before order was printed to discuss with me. Very disappointing.
