Had the most wonderful experience here today! Had a vision and they helped me see it through. Who knew playing around with rocks would be so much fun?!I will say that I went to Lowe’s first and was very disappointed with the options, so I did a quick google and Triad Mulch popped up. I told them I was on a budget with this project and they respected that, which I appreciated!As I’m writing this review, my little family of mine is roasting marshmallows and experiencing fun firsts with our sweet girl.Thank you so much for helping me make memories.

We needed a sample of various types of soil for our pre-school Sunday School class. Triad Mulch went out of their way to provide the samples and give us info on the different soil samples. They even labeled the bags for us! We have also used Triad Mulch for our landscaping needs at home and have always been very pleased with the service, price and quality (cleanness) of the mulch. We highly recommend them!

I had mulch delivered today by Abby. I was amazed how she was able to maneuver the truck to dump the mulch in the exact spot we wanted it. The mulch was the best quality mulch we have ever purchased and we have purchase mulch quite often. This was our first time using Triad Mulch Supply, and happy we have found them. Highly Recommend!

These folks are great! I went on a Saturday morning and Christy was so patient with me (even though she probably wanted to kill me with so many questions on their busiest day)! She helped me pick the perfect pavers and walked me through what I needed to build a patio myself! I also ordered Mulch and Crusher Run and the amazing Abby delivered them in one truck!!! Dumped the mulch and then pulled forward and dumped the rocks - not mixing any of it together! Their prices are great - but I would pay more, just because of their customer service!!! Cant say enough good things about them - they are truly an amazing company!

I can’t say enough great things about Triad Mulch Supply. I have been getting my mulch here for a decade. I also buy my large garden rocks as well as my rocks for my waterfall. Today Christy was amazing, as usual. Very accommodating and easy to work with, I get all my supplies here.

My husband and I purchased from here a couple days ago and what a nightmare it has turned into! We called left a message never got a call back. We called again the following day and asked how much is yard of dirt she told us $27.00 so we went after that phone call and purchased just that I have the receipt. We paid at the office and pulled around to be loaded told the operator what we purchased and asked him to distribute the weight between our trailer and truck bed that was the only thing we spoke of. They loaded with a small skid steer so we figured they did it the right way as it’s a small bucket. Well the loader came to our home last night and demanded we didn’t pay them for what we got. Umm NO they charged us at the office for exactly what we requested so non the less we paid the extra money they claim we owed them in good faith. They loaded us improperly is the problem. And they are claiming we told them a yard a half but then why did you only charge us for the yard then? They messed up from the office to the loading and have made us to be some people who stole from them. When they are in the wrong! I called this morning April 1st and I was hung up on. I will not do business with them or refer them to the many people I garden with. We try to give the small guys the business and this is what happens sadly. Shame on you for treating your customers this way!

We purchased a garden boulder and pallet of pea gravel from Triad Mulch—we shopped around and Triad Mulch by far had best prices, best service and quick/precise delivery and placement! We will be returning for future projects, HIGHLY recommend!

Awesome!!!!Need I say more.My husband and I were sprucing you the backyard so we ordered pallets of flat stone and 9 scoops of river rock. (I originally did not order enough and they adjusted my quantities to make sure I had what I needed in my timeframe).They delivered the loads when expected and was so accommodating in placing the materials so it would be easy for us to handle. I see our front yard getting some work in the near future and I know who I will call. 👍

These guys are awesome. Helped with my selection and since I didnt have a vehicle that could tote a boulder they offered to not only deliver it but to place it for a very reasonable price. My lawn is a work in progress and my grass certainly wont win any awards but they still drove the skid steer really carefully and with the turf tires you cant even tell it was even on the lawn. Great guys with a great selection of stone/mulch/gravel etc. and excellent service. Cant wait to think up the next project and go shop their selection of thin stack rock & flagstone.

I purchased pine needles from Triad Mulch Supply Recently. Very professional and quick service. We loaded the bales onto my trailer together. The pine needle bales are of good quality, packed well without a lot of other debris or dirt, and they spread nicely.

Triad Mulch has been our go-to source for mulch, top soil, and screenings for a few years now. Their product is always good and their customer service is excellent. After asking around where I should go to get some mulch and topsoil with people that would know, I had no less than 3 people suggest Triad Mulch Supply as their first choice. I spoke with Brad on Monday and had mulch and topsoil at my house Wednesday morning.Very fair prices, and both the pine bark mulch and topsoil were just as described - good quality and not a bunch of filler.Friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I went to see and price landscaping rocks. The gentleman that assisted us was not friendly at all. No good morning, no smile and didn’t seem that interested in answering our questions. We were very disappointed with the service especially since there are good reviews online. We really liked the rocks! But will be taking our business to another Triad supplier.

Delivery drivers are unsafe and aggressive on the roads. Driving large trucks doesnt mean you can ignore public safety.

I was just there asking prices and they didnt show any interest for selling, besides the price is expensive compared with other mulch suppliers.The guy put more attention to tv than me.
