Came inside cause I noticed the boba tea sign and had to try it. Honestly do not regret at all. The boba is super tasty and to be able to get a donut with it is just amazing. I will definitely be coming back on my bike rides

Been getting great donuts from here for several years. Drive from Thomasville to Kernersville NC. Until last Saturday 05/26/2021. The Donuts were horrible. I don’t know if they are using a different oil to cook them in or the oil is just bad/old. Really hate it. My wife and I always have looked forward to a visit when we left the farmers market. Not going back.

Just got my first ever boba tea here today. I ordered one that was blened with banana flavor and tapioca pearls and it tasted FANTASTIC! This place truly is Kernersvilles best kept secret and is one of the best Triad experiences I ever had so far! I will absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and look forward to coming back, thirsty for more of course! 😍👍🏻👏🏻😋

Good texture on their boba - I got the taro flavor. It was ready quickly which is always a nice surprise.

No one expects a local donut shop to be cavernous, but even by that standard, Intown Donutz is small. Despite the presence of a few tables, you’re best served grabbing your donuts and fleeing before limited standing room causes a pileup of people behind you. This lack of an inviting atmosphere was abetted by the lone employee on duty who, while not exactly rude, seemed like she would rather be anywhere else.So why come here? The donuts, man. They are varied, and they are good. Intown offers everything from cake-style and old-fashioned to glazed to fritters and bear claws and more. They will even fill-to-order (jelly, custard, lemon, or cream) their long donuts. Everything was billed as made fresh daily and looked the part.I picked up a large caffe mocha, a custard-filled maple glazed stick, a jelly-filled glazed stick, and an apple fritter for under $10 to share, and there wasn’t a bad decision in the bunch. The apple fritter especially was one of the best that I’ve had in quite some time.Moral of the story: come for the donuts and leave quickly before the (lack of) service and space sour you on this place.

We were in a hunt for a local donut place but as much as we would like to come back to try other flavors and support the local business, the experience we had today with the young Asian lady left a very distasteful first impression.Probably the most horrible donut shop experience weve ever had. She seem to hate her job so much that I dont understand why she is even working there on the first place.Taking donut order is not rocket science, calm down with your attitude.You guys are losing customers having that type of service. Please do something about it.

The big, fluffy donuts here are sinfully delicious! I take them to parties and everyone loves them. Theres a wide flavor variety to choose from, and whats even better is that they fill your donuts on the spot with the cream/jam of your choice. I also love that this place serves bubble tea!

Best donouts I do believe Ive ever eaten! The big chain brands have become just too commercialized and lost the flavor and texture that made them great...this company has put it all together to bring its customers the very best donut in the business today hands down...try for yourself and compare their glazed versus the Hot Now counterpart and you tell me it doesnt take you back to when things were just simpler...just good honest quality ingredients put together using the right recipe and made to perfection. I was a life time Hot Now fan but after eating these I have changed loyalties for the fact that these donuts are just better!

Try somewhere else. Ive tried donuts here several times. Donuts were heavy. We wound up throwing most of them out. The attendant wasnt very nice.

The person behind the counter had an attitude the second that we walked in. She was the only employee that we could see. They had nothing labeled so my wife asked several questions and the employee grew more annoyed with every one. When we tried to order a pumpkin spice latte, the employee told us that she will but we have to wait because shes going to serve the 3 people in line behind us first and that she will also make the drink for the girl next door before she made ours. The customer service experience here was the worst that we have had from anywhere in a very long time. If it was possible to give a negative rating, this company would have received it. We definitely will not be coming back.

Their donuts are so fluffy, big and yummy. But it is their apple fritters that I die for. I will grab a dozen warm, perfectly cooked apple fritters to work and everyone melts over them.

Love these donuts. Many flavors to choose from and reasonably priced. Employees very nice and store was very clean.

Was greeted by a young lady who acted as if I interrupted whatever she was doing. She definitely wasnt happy to help! The donut holes tasted stale. Even though the sign states made fresh daily. My coffee was great, strawberry smoothie was good. Just the service wasnt what was expected. She had no personality what so ever. Very dry! First time here, sadly will be my last. Wasnt impressed at all!

5 stars purely because of the amazing value. These donuts were just as good, if not better than Krispy Kreme, for less cost. Plus its a friendly local place that I would rather support. Keep it up!!

Im giving the place a 4/5 stars. The donuts are tasty. However, the customer service can be better. Its a small shop in Kernersville operated by one person for most of the day. The cashier makes friendly conversation with all of the customers but this delays the speed of the transaction. There have been several times where I was in line for longer than needed because I was waiting for the cashier to finish a very long winded conversation with another customer. The length of the line doesnt stop the cashier from talking as long too. Today she was talking about a rash on her arm, which isnt the best conversation to have aloud in a food service store. If youre okay with waiting longer than needed and being a few minutes late to you destination then its worth it. As stated before, the donuts are delicious.

Wonderful independent local donut shop. The staff are helpful and the donuts are tasty. My favorite if the apple fritter. Their cake donuts are great, and I particularly like the blueberry cake and chocolate cake donuts. The plain glazed donuts have a nice sweet yeast aroma, and light fluffy texture. This is my go-to place for donuts in Kernersville, NC.

This is not just a pastry shop, its a crack dealer. Round Luscious Doughy rings of crack. There is no better donut anywhere, and its impossible to just eat one...or two...or three. You will eat them ALL. Your will power will be useless. My God these are good donuts.

This is one of those Donut and Coffee places that really hits the mark. Donuts are very cheap, and substantial, and we even got some free donut holes for our first visit. Coffee is organic. You really cant ask for a lot more from a place like this. Excellent

Great donuts, fresh and fluffy. Competitive prices and good service. Any donuts with filling, they fill as you order them. So you can pick the type of donut and then pick the filling so you can have different combinations and not have to only choose from pre-made ones like other places.

I only had coffee and donut holes, because thats about all they had. They were almost out of donuts by afternoon. I guess they only make once a day, and they taste that way by afternoon. The coffee is not good enough to go back.

Small place so I would suggest to order to go. If youre buying just a donut and a drink, have cash. Transactions under 5 dollars cannot be put on cards. Youll have no problem getting an extra donut or so if need be, since theyre great!

I got the apple fritter and it tasted like it was made yesterday, stale. My wife got the maple log with vanilla cream and she liked it. Wanted milk and didnt have any. Someone was sleeping at one of the tables, which there is only 3, seemed unprofessional to me. Havent decided if well try again.

Ive been here twice and both times, the donuts were D R Y. I tried the maple bacon, the chocolate glazed, and the donut holes. I was disappointed.

This place specializes in Apple Fritters. Who doesn’t like fried dough? They are made to perfection every time. Crispy and glazed outside with just the right mix of apple and chewiness inside. They are so big that I quarter them when I serve them and no one ever complains. They also sell doughnuts and fill them to order. Feeling like peanut butter today? No problem, have a peanut butter filled doughnut. How about Bavarian cream or white or chocolate icing or just plain old fashioned glazed cake doughnuts in a variety of flavors.
