This is a small business that has great service. Our riding lawnmower cut off in the middle of cutting the yard and we needed the lawnmower fixed quickly. They came and picked it up and had it fixed in a day and a half and dropped it back off. Will definitely recommend this place and will do business again. Thanks so much for the help.

I took a few small trimmers to Perfection Plus for repair. There were two 2-stroke ones, and one 4-stroke trimmer. I wanted to know if they could be repaired and tuned up. One of the 2-stroke trimmers was not worth repairing as it was past the point of putting more money into it. They fixed up the other two trimmers and I was very pleased. They drained the oil from the 4-stroke, put in new and got it humming again. The other trimmer was placed in my garage and when I went to use it a week or so later there was a wet stain around it and it wouldnt start. I took it back and they immediately triaged it, fixed it up, and made it right. A fuel line looked to have come undone. I truly appreciate that they stood by their work, and made it right. I highly recommend them for their honest response, prompt work, and excellent customer service.

I have used Perfection Plus for serving floor equipment since 2000. As a Manager for major retailer, I have never seen a better service department than Perfection Plus.They have a large part supply and the techs are the best I have ever seen. The techs are always fast to arrive and fast to complete the projects. From minor tune ups to major tear downs and rebuilds no job is too small or too big. Went there for minor fuel line problem on small garden tiller. Repaired quickly and staff went above and beyond. Not only repaired fuel line, cleaned and sharpened blades for me and added a small can of fuel. Would recommend for any small engine repair.

We had a consultation in person at the house for some concrete work. Travis states we will get an estimate, nothing in the conversation face to face with my husband was there a question of whether the work could be completed. So I assumed we would get a timely estimate. After two weeks of waiting, I call and email and ask for the estimate and he writes an email back stating it is out of his scope of practice then gives me a number to another company that doesnt answer and the voicemail box is full and they are not taking calls at this time. Needless to say completely disappointed in this transaction and the lack of timeliness and lack of honesty at the time of consultation.
