The garage doors are excellent. The techs explained how they worked and how to program. They did a great job installing them. My garage is much warmer in the winter due to higher R ratings on the doors and they are much more safer and secure. I recommend this company !!

Lucas Brewer repaired my garage door on 4/22/20 after I called in a service request on 4/21/20. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the door functioning better than new in less than 1 hour. He advise the springs were too large for the door keeping it from staying closed. I requested him to replace the springs with suitable sized springs at a nominal cost which took less than 30 minutes. I now have an excellent operating door thanks to Lucas professional knowledge and courteous disposition. Superior service!!

No respect for your time. I made an appointment with them to service my door and install a garage opener. The time was scheduled for 8am - 12. At 11:45 am I got a call from the service technician, I said to him I had an appointment for 8am - 12 he interjected yeah I saw that. I replied so you waited to call me at 11:45? Thats when he replied we was waiting to see if a truck came in. I could not believe it. I am absolutely floored by the lack of professionalism. Do not make an appointment with these people and expect them to honor your time. Do not take time off of work to make an appointment with them.

The Assa Abloy team recently installed my new Amarr Classica garage doors replacing 14 year old “builder grade” doors. The doors were purchased through a Costco promotion and fullfilled by Assa Abloy. What a great experience!From my initial contact with Coleen in the Assa Abloy showroom, to the expert advice and direction of Steven Baker walking me through the process and a seamless installation by Jorge. In today’s world it’s rare to experience such a professional, customer friendly group. I could not be more pleased with the beautiful upgraded garage doors and my positive Assa Abloy experience!

I had my new garage door installed by Lowe’s Home Improvement with ASSA ABLOY used as the contractor. They were prompt and professional. Jesus, the installer was great! He even waited at my house so I could run to Lowe’s for a necessary part. He showed me all of my new garage door’s features and tested it multiple times for me to be sure it worked perfectly and that I was satisfied. Thank you Jesus and ASSA ABLOY! I decided to replace my garage doors from the 1970s. I called two companies to get quotes. ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems actually came in at a higher price. But, it was the customer service that sold me on this company. The sales rep, John was very professional and showed me a variety of options. He explained everything that would be done. I was impressed with him and was sold on the company. Jesus (JR) came out and did the install. He did a great job. He was very polite and had a friendly disposition. I am very pleased with the product and service. I highly recommend this company should you decide to update your home!

I received world class service. The initial interview and the processing of my order went smoothly. The service technician arrived on time and was very professional . After the door was installed he explained how everything worked and left a number in case we had more questions. The garage door is beautiful and a huge improvement to the appearance of my home. Things went very well. I purchased two new garage door openers. Ed the technician made the diagnosis of worn out logic boards and a few days later Lucas the technician installed the new openers perfectly and in a very short time. Happy customer here.

Lucas was very pleasant and explained what was needed to fix our garage door as well set expectations as to his return next day. Lucas returned this morning and was able to complete fixing the problem and also was able to link our cars to the garage opener. My husband and I have tried since we moved in 6 months ago. Next day service & a cordial/knowledgeable tech. The only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to price. $101.41 for general maintenance seems excessive. The tech took 15 to make some minor maintenance adjustments,spray some lubricant and charged $101.41. Our builder purchased this door from the same company less than 4 years ago. It would have been nice to get a discount or something, since we never used the warranty before it expired. But overall great service & our door is working properly now. Thats what matters most!

Our garage door opener broke with my car inside. Our desperate attempts to open failed. Quite sure Lucas had worked a long day, but he arrived with a smile and confidently set out to make the repair. We will definitely call ASSA ABLOY again when we are ready to replace. I just hope Lucas is available!

I can not compliment our technition Ed enough!! Not only did he call ahead, was kind and courteous, but he also fixed the problem as well as showed and explained to me what happened and what he did to fix it. In addition when my toddler locked me out he stepped in without me asking and helped me get her. He definitly went above and beyond!!
