Quickly replaced my tires and had me back on the road in less than thirty minutes. I cant complain. Would be five stars if it wasnt so much in the higher price range.

Just an awesome place to get your tire work done. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I walked in without an appointment and dropped my pickup off to have 2 front tires mounted and balanced. A really nice lady in the office gave me a ride home to get my car. I went back about an hour later and my pickup was already done. And at half the price I paid at another place when I had my 2 rear tires done. I highly recommend A&A.

We had a problem with our 1 tire on our RV. Our monitoring system allowed air to escape leaving us 30 lbs. short on 1 tire. The valve was leaking so we needed 30 lbs of air and a new valve stem. A &A addressed it right away and sent us on our way. Thanks for their immediate response and did not charge us. Changed the stem and added 30 lbs on RV tire. Thanks for the service and realizing that it was a quick fix.

Fast, affordable and the staff was friendly. No one tried to up-sell me a set of new tires instead of just helping me with what I needed. That was the last time I used Discount Tire and gratefully my dad referred me to A&A. They were great.

Rex got to my location within 30 min of my calling and was very professional the way he handled my needs regarding a flat tire on my 30,000 lb motor home. BRING YOUR OWN TORQUE WRENCHThese guys rush through tire jobs and send you out the door with hand tight lug nuts. Completely ruined two wheels. Also had this problem at discount tire. Someone please bring a decent tire shop to Kerrville

I was running late to a job with a new client due to a tire issue. When I called to let him know, he told me to stop here to get it fixed. The Pandemic has really affected my work so I only had $3 to my name. I stopped anyway, went in and explained my situation and asked if I could write a check for the repair and Deposit the money that evening. He told me to pull around and they would fix my tire. They fixed the tire and told me it was in bad shape. I told them that I had some good used tires to put on it, but hadnt had the money to get them mounted. They quoted me a very reasonable price to mount the the tires and didnt charge me for repairing my tire.I am so grateful. In this day and age, to encounter a business that is efficient,courteous, friendly and cares more about helping someone in need than the almighty dollar, is so refreshing. I live in Pipe Creek so they are pretty far from me, but I will make the drive to give them my business. They earned it.

We had a state inspection done. There were several others in line but their inspector knew his job and performed them efficiently. The showroom has clean as was the restroom. The staff was polite,respectful and helpful. We were pleased with our visit.

First off wanna say Mark is AMAZING when I brought my car for the diagnostic instead of just trying to explain he showed me exactly what he was trying to explain, the mechanic checked my car over and saved me over 800-900$s for me set up super quick and idk what they did but the dragging noise that was driving me crazy is finnaly gone! Spent about 45min in the waiting room while they changed the parts (they explained what they where changing I just forgot) and had my car running good as new! Love how kind the customer service is! I recommend for all you’re car needs! I will be getting my oil changed here from now on due to how amazing my visit was! And I know next time I will definitely wanna go threw mark! Thank you and everyone at aa tire for everything y’all do!

Amazing service!! I was in a hurry pulling a trailer so the owner took the time to drive me to Whataburger for lunch. On top of that I he tried to pay for my lunch!! I had to almost argue with him to let me pay! Great service and great people. Self owned for 37 years. We need more business and people like that.

Quick service and no fuss.Ive only ever got my car inspected here but usually pretty fast and correct $7 TX price. My dad said he had to wait an hour before starting but Im usually in and out in about 30 minutes. He mustve gone on a busy day. Some places charge over $20 to drive it around a corner and check the lights.Whos got two thumbs and a smile?This guy! 👍😁👍

Busy place! Quick car inspection. Only concern is large man who does inspections needs better hygiene. Car smelled for about an hour after he got out. On the other hand it is the middle of the summer an he is working outdoors all day long! Thanks for being quick.

Service was GREAT! In and out in 30 minutes with an inspection and two new front tires! Everyone, front and back, was very courteous, kind, and expedient! The only reason I didnt give them a FIVE, was I couldnt get a haircut!

Professional, friendly, people selling the best tires. So not inexpensive but long lasting and repairs are done by licensed techs. They will take you home and pick you up locally.

Let me tell you, they will do their absolute best here. I was stranded with a bad tire..then a stud nut wouldnt come of so it had to be drilled out. I didnt have the money to pay for it and a customer anonymously paid my entire bill..These people are about the best there are and Im spending a reasonable about in the next month buying a complete set of new tires for my 2013 Dodge Caravan for under 400 out the door, and not the cheap ones!!! They do more than tires. Very professional. My Jeep needed CV joint replaced. They got it done quickly at a reasonable price. Serviced my motorhome quickly. They do great work at reasonable prices. This is my go to place for all of my vehicle maintenance.

Great prices, great people. They really know what theyre doing. Unlike other discount tire places, they can actually repair tires where others says theyre not repairable for whatever B.S. reasons theyd come up with. Sure, they can sell you the new tires also with warranty, road hazard and free rotation just like the others do.

They mounted a tire for a plow dry on an old wheel and claimed the wheel needed to be replaced. Took the tire and wheel to a different shop. The new shop mounted wheel again because AA mounted with the old valve stem inside. The new shop mounted tire with no problem and said nothing was wrong with the wheel. Never going back to AA.

Just bought two tires for a plow on a tractor. I have had a tax exemption there all my life. I was just told that they could not sell them to me tax exempt. Time to go back to buying tires down at Tire and wheel connection in Hondo.

Passin thru kerrville . discovered we had broken half shaft front suspension... These people did all they could to help us. Took us to holiday inn express n pick us up the following day. Repair was inexpensive. Thank the lord for people like this in our time of need...

Trying to take advantage of a woman?? I took my car in to see if I needed a wheel alignment and was told I did but also needed a ball joint and they said it would be about $250 for everything. While waiting for part to come in, I found another mechanic to check it out and he couldnt find anything wrong with my car...and he didnt charge me!!! Would not recommend this place!!!!

I went to have my alignment checked. They told me that before they could check my alignment that they had to test my battery. They claimed my battery was bad. I had bought my battery just months before. I told them I would take it back to the place where I had bought the battery. After I left Firestone I took it back to where I had bought the battery and they said it tested good. They even tested the alternator to make sure that was working properly. It was all good. The really unfortunate thing was that they sold a battery to the lady in front of me claiming her battery was bad. The lady was a senior citizen. Dont they know that it is both illegal and immoral to take advantage of seniors and women. Shame on them! They should take the sign down that quotes the founder of Firestone saying I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business.

OIL CHANGE SHOP-----Place was super, did oil change on 39ft diesel Motorhome. Very good quality service. Polite owner, workers. I was in and out on less than 2 hrs with diesel motorhome.

Needed Tire Pressure Monitors replaced - tires 8 years old with about 20k miles on them.Attempted to push for local business; however, had to reluctantly go to a corporation owned Discount Tire.A & A states not serviceable after 6 years. Thats ok, it was no problem at Discount Tire.6 vehicles - pickups, SUVs, and car. Thats a lot of cash yall missed out on A & A.

Quick and friendly service. These guys have a great reputation around the Hill Country and its easy to see why.

Overcharged us for roadside help, claiming it was after hours even though we called nearly an hour before they closed (for help at a location just down the road). They made no mention of the extra charge on the phone.My husband went in to talk to a manager today to see if we could be refunded some of the money considering the circumstances (not to mention weve spent thousands there over the years). Not only did they refuse to work with us, they were rude and dismissive. I have never written a review before, but this was outrageous enough to call for it.We will not be back!
