My car had a problem with its wheel and I had to get towed here from where I was camping an hour away. I dropped my car off here in the night hoping they would be able to help me the next day, and they fit me in no problem. They were fast and professional and fixed the problem with no issues. I always feel safe in my car after I have had it worked on at Central Auto. And all the guys are really nice.

Satisfied with them. They got my vehicle going, and informed me that my car has an emission related repair that the Nissan Dealership would fix for free.They printed out the Service Bulletin, and saved me $$$ on a repair which they explained would be costly if Central performed it.

They flat out lied to me about my brakes, saying I needed rotors. Ingram Exxon replaced brake pads only - all I needed

I took my truck in to get my brakes looked at. They told me I had two warped rotors and it would be 350 to repair. I went out myself and bought everything i needed for 140 then come to find out when working on my brakes, NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THEM. They only want your money. Go somewhere else

Brad and the team at Center Automotive are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was traveling cross country due to a family emergency when my car happened to have issues as I stopped in Kerrville for gas. Brad so nice to orderthe part I needed and get my car fixed firstthingin the morning so that I could continue very long drive. He even went the extra mile to make sure I had a ride to and my hotel from the shop. It was a true blessing meeting Brad. Thank you so much!!!

This place is amazing! Im from out of town and my vehicle was towed here Sunday evening.Brad was awesome and got my car in quickly on Monday morning, even though they were super busy. He came out and showed me the part that was broken (cracked thermostat housing), and they are putting my baby back together as i type this. I cannot express how grateful i am to the fantastic crew here. I love the fact that the company is veteran owned and operated and they offer a veterans discount. Bravo Zulu!

Took my car to them told them I need plugs and coils changed. Called at 11 am and was told it was being looked at. It wasnt. Called at 245 was told it was being looked at. Again nope. Showed up at 3 still not being looked at. Am not happy with the deciet honesty is best with me. I asked for certain things no more no less. Was a mechanic in military, felt because I am woman they can bs me. Will not recommend them or go back. Car still not fixed. Then decided to jack up an already broken window that I have fixed in place. I told them what needed to be done Im so angry that it didnt get done. I let Brad know to just change plugs and coils. He gave me a price. Uggggg
