I brought my 2006 Dodge/Mercedes Sprinter in due to smoke coming from my engine.. They were extremely helpful and fixed my bad fuel injector with in 2 days. They also gave me a ride to my campground since Lyft was not available in the area, I am so grateful I found this shop. They are professional and have excellent service and with a reasonable price, I highly recommend them! Thank you Jessy and your amazing team for going above and beyond!

Had my suv in for awd transfer case repair. Got the car back covered in fresh scratches all over passenger side. I made it to boerne before it broke again. It was leaking when i picked it up but was told its just remaining fluid on under carriage that wasnt cleaned. This place is a rip off and suggest taking your vehicles to a more reputable shop.

I will no longer do business with nor recommend Jalisco Garage. I had brake/bearing work done there last year and the outcome was ok, however I took my project truck in there on a recent Monday AM and discussed exhaust system and electrical problems I was having. I agreed to leave it with them for a diagnoses. Monday passed, Tuesday passed and Wednesday passed. I called several times to check progress and was told someone would call me back with estimate, etc. I went by at closing time on Wednesday and the truck was still sitting where I had left it, I asked the service manager (not the owner...he apparently was not available) about it and he shrugged it off and said no one had looked at it....he could not care less and simply walked away. I found the keys in the ignition and we took it home. Total waste of three days, totally unprofessional attitude and total lack of concern for the potential business and for the the customer. I will definitely not go back and certainly will warn off other potential customers. I will post this on Next Door as well

Asked Jessee the day before, to handle a fan clutch and an AC problem for me. The fan clutch on a vehicle cools the freon in the condenser before compression. If it doesnt work, compression causes warmer than normal AC. The AC problem was later found out by another area shop to be a compressor clutch - easy fix! The drive was an hour and ten minutes to get to Jalisco - and the manager was advised of this. He replied that he would take care of me well. I am out of town working when this is going on. I told him it needed an assessment and that the fan clutch needed to be done as well. HIS OWN MECHANIC CONFIRMED THIS AND ADMITTED IT CONTRIBUTED TO THE COMPRESSOR ISSUE !THE MANAGER AGREED! After the fan clutch was fixed, the AC improved but wasnt yet right. The mechanic went to let the manager know he was done and that the AC issue would be next because the problem was not fully fixed. An AC kit was already acquired and the Manager knew this as well as agreed to it in advance of me arriving. The manager told the mechanic that they were done with me (leaving me with a partial fix) and when I went to discuss this with him, he was as unprofessional as could be. The only reason they got a 2 from me was because they did the fan clutch correctly. AC still didnt work right though. If you can go to another shop, GO! You might be left out in the cold or delayed. No BUSINESS ETHICS OR INTEGRITY AT ALL! And to the Manager directly: Dont come on here and lie! You know this is the truth.

This place is a ripoff. They charged me for work they never did. They painted over existing pin stripes without even sanding them down first. The color is not even blend in. Do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it.

My wife and I were driving around Kerrville looking for a place to live so we could be closer to family who had medicle problems and even though we take her truck in often in Houston the problem was never fixed like they said. We had a radiator hose blow a quarter size hole on under side of hose. obvisoly they didnt change hose like they said at houston shops. Long story short we were limitid on funds and were loaded down with kids and dogs and stuck with no family close by to help. I let them know the situation and the limited funds and was worried we were stuck till we come up with money. I am not sure if they would even help us but they had the parts to try on with options just incase within half an hour. they were good guys and nice to me interupting their lunch break and even charged me less than they quoted me oraginally so in turns they got us back on the road and were real god in their heart type folks . We never forgot their kindness and have had no problems with what they did. its nice to see there are people who work with you and not care about money over gods children like Houston shops are. I like my old chevy truck and my wife likes her old chevy truck and Houston shops didnt even want to work on it we have been told so many things because its not a fancy car well I appreciate their kindness and know Elohim are creator was watching they will be rewarded in heaven.
