The wait was super short, guys are nice and they are a great price! Would highly recommend as they are Chick-fil-A fast & good businesses like this are in short supply in Kerrville.

The service was amazing and super quick. I got an oil change and it only took about 15 minutes. The team was awesome and extremely courteous and friendly. Went yesterday (1/4/2021) to get an inspection and we were really surprised to see a woman working there She is the manager apparently and she is just an overall nice person. They dont try to talk you into an oil change or anything else. They were super busy but she still had a smile on her face and was still very kind.. As busy as they were it still took only 15 mins to get out of there. Thanks Kerrville Lube Center.

I made sure employees knew I had a bicycle on the roof of my car and that it would clear under the doors, before my car was driven into the building. I was assured that there was sufficient clearance. When my oil change was completed I was told to drive out of the building. I again verified with the employee that I was clear to go. I was told I was. On exiting my bicycle hit the door and broke the seat on the bike. Manager on duty told me they were not liable for damage as the door was high enough. A regional manager called me but seemed more concerned about damage (if any) my bicycle seat caused to their door. He said he’d call me back, but as of the following day he has not. I am from out of the area so they know there is little I can do to resolve the problem. The way they handled this issue was very poor. Damage to my bike was $54.12.In response to the owners reply:(Deleted after owner posted second reply, these names don’t need to be on line. If a thorough investigation is done, owner would know who was working) said he was manager on duty.(Deleted after owner posted second reply) employee who serviced my car.(Deleted after owner posted his second reply) said the area manager who would call me was (Deleted after owner posted his second reply) When he called he did not introduce himself. He has not called back as promised.I was a customer on 4-15-19 at about 4:00.I would like reimbursed for the damage!One week after oil changed oil was leaking around the oil filter, which I had to replace.Three weeks after oil change. I still have not received the promised response.Four weeks after oil change. I still have not received the promised response.Five weeks after oil change. I still have not received the promised response.Six weeks after oil change. I still have not received the promised response.Business failed to respond to Better Business Bureau complaint within the allotted 30 days.Seven weeks after oil change. Worst experience ever!!! Tried to have my car inspected, and the young blond kid said my vehicle failed cause my brake light came on, then wrote up in report i had all kinds of brake fluid leaks. Took it elsewhere, and they didnt see any leakage anywhere. They also forgot to put oil cap back on after changing my daughters jeep patriot. (They did pay for a new oil cap) - 2nd time to write up this review, they deleted the sight under car inspecton areas.....on 6/4/2018...
