Enjoyed shoe shopping for my plantar fasciitis foot. The sales staff that waa there dyring my shopping times we extremely friendly and helpful. Their friendliness almost made up for the $$$ I spent, only akmost😫😫😫

Worse experience ever!! We ordered shoes for Christmas inside the store in Kerrville, Tx. We never received them we kept calling the main store every week and when we finally received the shoes in the middle of February they had been worn and had dog hair inside. Now the store is saying that there wasn’t any dog hair in the shoes when they inspected them. But we showed them the dog hair and dirt that was in the box. So now we are stuck with $150 pair of shoes and someone else has worn. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Love this store for shoes! I buy my kids tennis shoes here because they have such a great selection in the smaller toddler sizes! And prices are reasonable as well.

On 11/15/17 They werent open at almost 1020am. With me standing at the closed glass door, I was stared, glared at rudley when i gently knocked on the glass. I stood there some more then they pointed at me and started smiling and making rude gestures towards me. I will never go back. I was coming to buy two pairs of Oakley Sunglasses. Ended up going to San Antonio to spend almost 450 bucks.older White lady and younger mexican girl at counter.

Fitness First Sports in Kerrville is cheaper on average compared to Hibbett Sports and has much better customer care and product knowledge.
