Both of the regular clerks here are auto parts wizards. I regularly stop in for maintenance parts (filters, fluids and wipers) but they have a much larger selection and can order parts cheaply if youre not in a big rush.The above and that fact that its always nice to have someone else install your wipers/battery for you makes it pretty great for those who dont have the practical knowledge but need a little direction.

Had what I needed, ordered online saved almost 45 dollars between promo code and speed perk bucks, I ad to go to a different store other than my local store. I received an e mail 15 minutes later saying my order was ready for pick up.

Only one person helping customers at 11 am .... thought Id drop in and buy brake pads and a seat cover. But with only one person working counter i saw he was going to be busy with his current customer . So i waited for a while and left. Usually it isnt like this

I went for a part for my car and they told my Id be better off getting it at the dealership because it would be 130 dollars. I ordered the part from eBay for 14.99 in the parking lot

Very poor customer service. They are unkind to female customers and do not handle social interactions with maturity and intelligence. Younger employee was incredibly rude to my girlfriend for a simple brake pad purchase. Will definitely avoid this location from now on.

Good parts like most advanced auto stores. Better quality parts than your local autozone. Only issue here is the very low energy employees who look at each other when you ask a question or need some help. They would rather hold up the parts counter. That is irritating.

There were parts missing from my box. They said I can bring it in and swap it out but I lost a lot of time.

Staff here has always been helpful. They go out of their way to make sure I am getting the best for my little car while getting me the best deals.

Typically helpful associates except for my last visit. The person seemed more interested in getting me out of his way then to help me find a simple tool.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I walked into this store and was not helped by any of the 3 employees working there. I was the only customer in the store. One employee saw me at the cash register and blatantly decided to ignore my business. Would NEVER recommend a place such as this with such rude service. Come on guys, customer service is not that hard.
