We originally had our kitchen countertops remodeled by Granite Transformations and loved it. I especially like the look and antibacterial properties. We then followed a few years later with our bathrooms. The shower area is absolutely beautiful. I recommend them.

Over a year later review.I had my kitchen redone as well as three bathrooms.The purchase and installation process went very smoothly. They didn’t have any hidden charges and their workers showed up when they were supposed to show up.The countertops/ backsplash/ shower were done first. Besides a few cracks in the backsplash (which thankfully blend in) I wasn’t too upset with any of this process. It has seemed to hold up very well so far.The cabinets aren’t as perfect. Granite Transformation contracts out for this part (at least they did for ours). The guys that came were friendly but definitely in a hurry to get it done which left some things less than desirable. There has been some chipping, edges that weren’t lined up or cleaned up, handles that were put on crooked, repaired one drawer that now won’t close completely, and more. So, overall, I would consider using granite transformations again... but only if I could research the companies that they contract with.

Had them in to do my counters and sink and I was very happy with the results and the quality of the product. Next we had them in to reface the cabinets. Excellent work again. The only snag was they mixed up one cabinet door and had to come back after the right one was reordered.

Product is beautiful, installation great and service wonderful.

I have had Granite Transformations countertops for over 2 years. My kitchen still looks fabulous. They installed them in one day and transformed my kitchen to amazing. The color is perfect and goes great with my white cabinets. The backsplash is glass subway tiles which is easy to clean and very stylish. The workers were pleasant and polite. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very satisfied with the timeline and cost. As advertised, its better than granite in the fact that I have never had to reseal it. I dont need to worry about what I set on it, and I can cut right on it. Then only thing they recommended is to watch putting acid foods or products on it, like lemons or chemical cleaners with acid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing kitchen or bath remodeling.

Check the plumbing reconnections and monitor them for a while afterwards. The tops and the installers were awesome. The plumber did a shoddy, hurried job. That kinda put a damper on the enthusiasm of my earlier rating.EDIT - we had a plumber out so we could use the disposer and dishwasher and some coupling had evidently deteriorated. Appears to be coincidental, so my apologies for being so quick to jump on your plumber. Makes sense he would have noted any concerns, so if he didnt, I am hard pressed to continue speculating it was his work.Solid 5 stars go to you, G.T. This company installed a beautiful countertop in my home! In the process they accidentally damaged my wood flooring! This process of getting them to fix and replace has been terrible! I feel like we are the ones being reprimanded for something that was not my fault and for damage that was not my fault! I work in customer service and to be treated the way I have been treated as a customer who paid 2500 dollars is terrible! They want to fix the floor with a piece that was already installed in my home! The office manager told me that was my only option and was not so nice after I calmly told her that the floor damage was not my fault even though she made me feel guilty that it was only one plank! Absolutely rude! If someone damaged your property they should be willing to fix it and pay to fix it! The fact the flooring was discontinued is not my fault! They had heavy equipment in my home on the floor with only a drape cloth underneath! Your asking for something to get damaged! I hope this gets in to the hands of someone who has good customer service and is willing to talk to me about what has happened! Especially about the customer service I have gotten from this place!

They did a very fine job all away around. The Sales was nice and did not exert unnecessary pressure. The gentlemen that came and did our template was outstanding . The Installation was done in a very professional manner, they were on time,they were very neat and cleaned up after the install. The plumbers that came to install the kitchen sink and the fixtures showed up in a timely manner. They were done in no time and had done an excellent job. I whole heartily reccomend Granite Transformation they did everything they said they would do. My wife loves her new counter tops and the amazing difference it makes in our Kitchen. Beautiful product, beautiful install. Quick and easy also. There was a minor issue and the company quickly fixed the problem and worked around my schedule. Fantastic customer service and everyone is very nice to work with.

Not nearly as durable as they lead you to believe. We had our kitchen counters done in late 2017 - found a chip at edge in front of sink in May 2019. No idea what from - we didnt have a major impact or anything. The heaviest item we have had in our sink would have been a pot of pasta water or a roasting pan. So evidently one of those items caused the chip. Filed a claim per the warranty contract. It took over 30 days and multiple emails for them to respond. Denied claim - had to pay to have it repaired.

Everything went like clockwork. We wanted to cap our fireplace hearth. They came and provided an estimate. This was followed by design and installation. The hearth cap fits like a glove. Perfect job!

Granite Transformations work performed was excellent. Did work on my master bedroom/ bath & kitchen areas. Both Mgmt/ Technical/ Sales personnel were great to deal with. Will use again.

When you treat me like the little lady that you dont think is actually going to make a purchase, I walk out. Your customer service was terrible, as I had to fight with you to give an estimate that didnt range $1000($1500-2500). I realize you didnt want to do this, because you only want to schedule a home estimate that would only waste my time when I already have measurements.

Despite being called Granite Transformations, they have nothing to do with granite. The staff at the store were very rude and unhelpful, even mentioned “it’s called granite transformations because we transform granite to quartz”. Refused to give me a price per squarefoot after looking at samples, she said she was not a sales person, and a consultant would have to come to my home. The samples look extremely generic and instead of helping me, the staff just talked about how amazing quartz is and how terrible granite is. If you want to be accosted by rude staff, look at 8 samples of “quartz” and not receive a quote, then I highly recommend visiting their store.

We had kitchen countertops with the backsplash, a large island and a bathroom vanity top installed by Granite Transformations. Everyone, the salesman, templater and the installer were very helpful and courteous, left the rooms clean and completed both jobs in a timely manner. That was a few years ago and the countertops still look beautiful. I have recommended them to several friends and they, too, were very pleased with their countertops. Thank you for a job well done.

Not sure if they are running a business or joking around. I made a 30 minutes drive to visit the kettering location on a Monday at 5:15pm and the door was locked of the business.The business hours listed are till 6pm.Wasted gas and time.
