Store employee Alex is a God send! He helped me with find the right fuses for the car on a long trip back home from the Keys when I had an emergency. Stopped in to replace a battery, and guess who was there to greet me ?It was Alex ! Alex made sure i got the most affordable and exact fit knowing my vehicle is old with high mileage. Thats what a good store associate should do instead of trying to sell the highest priced product they have.

Advance Auto Parts are pretty much the same all over the country. This is just like the ones youve been to.

There is a reason most locals shop with Napa.Rude customer service over the phone. Never went there in my 15 years of living in the Keys. Tried to order a simple part today and the person on the phone was nasty and spoke to me like I was a child.Luckily, I will not have to step foot in this place ever. I rather order the part online than deal with the the people that run this store.

I came in driving a 2013 Ford Explorer with a near dead battery. I bought a new battery, had it installed, and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Exceptional service!!

IAC went out in Key Largo. Replaced in parking lot and back on road. Jeeps never die.

I am from out of town and had an alternator go bad on my truck on the 4th of July. Thanks to folks here barrowed tools and YouTube I replaced it right in the parking lot since the truck died. Was in and out in little over 1 hour.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and seemed so bothered that I even asked her a question (as she was on her phone at the time) I needed help with a blown fuse/ blinker wasnt working she refused to even look or put down her phone to even look disappointing because all the other staff members in the past were extremely helpful and courteous she told me to take it to the shop. I was like seriously thats why you guys are here so I wouldnt have to do that can u please just take a look? Her response was we dont do that. Weird be cause less than a year ago a kind man working there did exactly that maybe you should hire some new employees or atleast teach them how to be polite!

Unprofessional service. The counter man kept saying i dont know... I dont know and offered no help. He told another customer he had no time for him and yelled to have him hurry up. Saturday morning at 11:00 am. Only 3 total people in store and the counter guy had no time!! Isnt that what he only has while there?? So we went next door NAPA and they were extremely helpful and gave good direction.

With the entire staff in for a delivery, youd think one of them would be more willing to help.
