It was our first time at Mattress Firm and I was very impressed with our service. Amanda explained to us how they assess what type of mattress is best for us and had us answer a few questions. We then tried out a few mattresses and really liked the feel of the Stearns and Foster. A really big plus for us that we hadn’t even discussed was being able to raise and lower our feet and head. What a difference in our comfort level! After Amanda answered many of our questions, we purchased our new bed and we can’t wait for delivery. Amanda was so very knowledgeable and helpful. She also was very careful and practiced all COVID safety measures!

Mr. Harris, my salesman was excellent!! He explained everything about new mattresses, as I have an old mattress and inner spring. I am thrilled, I ordered a new Queen size mattress and I cant wait. Finally, I will get a good nights sleep. I like buying locally, in person, and I did get excellent service and an excellent net mattress. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

My husband and I slept on a great bed when we went to the Phantom of the Opera in Miami. I took a picture of the brand on the mattress. That’s what I walked in to Mattress Firm. I was not planning to buy an expensive bed... however I tested out 3-4 and the Sealy I bought is amazing!!! I can’t wait to sleep on it all night!!!!

My friend and I went into Mattress Firm in Key Largo on May 16, 2020. We had been discussing getting an adjustable bed frame to go with a new mattress we desperately need. The salesperson, Marines, greeted us as we entered the store and as soon as we told her what we were looking for she asked all the appropriate questions, showed us the models that could work for us, and invited us to test the mattresses. We found a hybrid mattress that seemed perfect and Marines instructed us on how to effectively use the adjustable bed frame in order to minimize the health issues that led us to need the adjustable frame.She compared the characteristics of each piece and without any sales pressure made it easy for us to choose exactly what we think will work best for us. She priced out the whole package and delivery options.We are moving shortly so we don’t want to move the bed twice and she was very agreeable to hold the bed/frame until we know when and where it should be delivered. I did not have the right check book with me, so in the next few days, I will take Marine’s a check for the bed and frame.Our decisions and ultimate purchase were made easy and comfortable because of the way we were treated as customers.PatriciaJuliaMay 17, 2020
