Took two bikes in yesterday that were suffering from neglect. They were ready today! Very unexpected. Very happy.

Great cycle shop! My rear tire split so we called this shop and they were able to help us right away. We drove over - the wheel change just took a few minutes. My husband was also looking at a new side mirror the one he picked out the clerk recommended a different one actually less expensive that worked even better. Professional, Friendly and well run😊. Our two bikes have about 350 miles on them and were starting to have problems: the brakes were squealing and the derailleur gears clunked while shifting. Time for maintenance! All Keys Cycles tuned them up, including wheel truing and spoke tightening, and now they ride like new! Not a sound from the bikes except the tires purring on the pavement. Great job, guys!

I used to love this place. Bought 5 bikes and he sold one on consignment. Took a bike in today to sell on consignment and was basically told people buying used bikes only want to spend $100. My Bike I wanted to sell was originally$2300. Now its worth $100? It looks brand new. I was gonna use the money from the bike to buy another. Not happening here now. Just lost all my business and references. Sad day!EDIT: Talked to the owner. He made things right and clarified things. He was kind enough to look up and print out my original receipts from when I bought the bike as well as look up and print out its current value. I will still leave it one star down as I feel the staff need better training on how to properly treat a customer and to know when to say certain decisions need to be left to the owner. Ill still try send him business but I feel people will have to ask for and wait till the owner is in to get treated right.

Rent bike a month ahead. it was ready when we got there @ 9:00 am. Good job. But I found out that they give you extra tube and co2 cartridge. In case you get a flat. What they don’t tell you is if you use it, you pay for it. The person in charge said it was in the waiver. It is deceiving. I talk to other bike shops that said they do charge. I pay 45 dollars a day which should have included the tube &co2. I try to discuss the issue with owner and he would not budge. I haD bike for 4 day 130 dollars with extra it was 145 dollars . For this reason I gave the 3 star and would not use them again.

I finally found MY BIKE .... the perfect one for me that does everything I want and need .... beautifully and easily. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly and SO HELPFUL!!! THEY LISTENED TO ME DESCRIBE MY PERFECT BIKE ... Let me try to my hearts content .... I HAVE NEVER HAD A BIKE THAT MADE ME SO HAPPY! I can now easily and joyfully ride MY BIKE anywhere anytime. Steve was awesome! Rented three bikes for a one day 100 mile ride to key west and Steve set us up with the best bikes he had. Smooth the entire way, no issues whatsoever! Provided the repair kits (which never needed to be used / tires were primo), locks, and some good suggestions of things to see along the way. Will be using this shop again for the next ride - thx Steve!

The team immediately took the bike in and fixed it. They also helped my friend diagnose an issue with his bike computer and do a few running repairs. Stellar service and friendly guys. Cable wouldn’t shift. Found All Keys Cycles on-line with solid reviews. They did not disappoint. Was traveling through the area. Promised my bike would be ready by the end of the day. It was. They determined my cable had seized and cleaned it and freed it up. Did not need cable replaced. Thank you!

We brought our traveling bikes in to All Keys Cycles to have the tires checked and brakes adjusted. Steve and his crew could NOT possibly have been nicer or more helpful. Amazing shop! Super helpful as soon as we walked in and did not try to upsell us on bikes we did not need. Purchased two beach cruisers, a seat for our daughter, a bracket for each bike, helmet, cup holders, and a basket. The guys got the bikes ready and made sure they adjusted the seats and handlebars to fit us. I am thrilled with our bikes and we look forward to being return customers!

This is a bike shop that I thought would give great service to my bike but at that same time is conveniently located a block from my home. I took my bike in for a rear flat and while there decided to have a complete tuneup $100 for complete work. The guy Steve, I believe was his name talked me into liners to place between the tire tubes of both front and back for flat tire protection or at least lesson the chance. So another $20 I threw in for those. The next day I go to pick up the bike and bring it home a block away. It is not throughly cleaned like I expected and he took a spacer off my handlebars that I placed there on purpose for my preference. He said he found a bad bearing and replaced it without my consent and just charged me another $15. I paid reluctantly since he should of called first. Anyway I get home and let it sit overnight. The next morning anxious for a bike ride come upon a flat front tire that I never had an issue before. So I bring it back to this shop and leave it to repair overnight. The next day I arrive to pick up and this guy wants me to pay for a new tube and labor. I ask hi

I planned my whole weekend in key largo based on renting bikes from your store today based on your posted hours. Both posted online and on the store front. You were closed. This is extremely unprofessional and I am surprised you are even in business. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

Took my electra 8 ball cruiser in for a cable replacement and decided to get a tune up. When i went to pickup the bike it really was beyondcall my expectations. Highly recommend this shop. I took my other electra today after i picked up the first bike

Unprofessional behavior. Used explicit language when refusing to honor my request to add lock ring to a fixed wheel hub. Was negligently told the bike was road worthy; however, after approximately a month of riding the gear came off of the hub in a very dangerous situation and I was unable to brake.When I informed Steve that I did not wish to pay for correcting their mistake, his demeanor quickly became unprofessional and he began using explicit and confrontational language. At this time I told him I believed his behavior was unprofessional but I did not rebut his arguments with similar unprofessionalism. Steves justification for refusing to install a lock ring free of charge was that the gear should not have come off of the hub. I understand that Steve felt the shop was in no wrong; however, the form in which he presented his argumentation was highly unprofessional and disappointing.I am sad to lose their service because they are in a very convenient location for me, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. One can expect great service until they are approached with a difficult situation or a potential mistake on their part. Unprofessionalism is unwarranted, even in disagreements.
