I visited in the final days of this stores existence. It was rather sad to see it like that considering how prolific the chain once was. Prices are good in these last day, especially on the clothes. So long, Kmart!

I dont know a typical kmart. We found what we were looking for. Seemed to be a bit empty/low stock. But other than that nice employees and fair pricing.

This location is closing. I have found many good bargains at 75% off.

Jerome and Jesse are top notch people. They both went above and beyond customer service. Please recognize these 2 excellent men for their outstanding helpfulness and kindness. Really cant say enough good things about them. Definitely a credit to your company.

Weird I thought all the Kmarts had closed down, but after my treatment and the reviews on this place I suspect this one will be closing down as well. They refused to honor a medical exemption to the local mask ordinance and called the local police on my for “not complying”. Absolutely a violation of every civil right and anti discriminatory law

Since covid-19 they have absolutely nothing useful in store, at least at the one in Key Largo. Very expensive, you can find anything you may need cheaper anywhere else. The only positive is employees are friendly and the store is clean.

Pretty run down. Getting rid of inventory in lieu of closure Im sure. No clothing. No tools. Not a lot in the store. Dont waste your time. Its pretty empty. They said theyre downsizing. I bet the close in 90 days or less.

I was super excited to see a KMart again!!!! I spent 50 bucks just to say I ahopped there again!!! The shorts and pants didnt fit but thats my bad

The KMART in Boca has been closed for almost a year now, so we wanted to check out this KMART to see what they still had inside. There aint much. Its pretty depressing. It probably wont be here for long.

Kmart... I can say this... It would be truly missed if it were to shut down, which is the impression we are getting from the Garden Department section Closed Down?? And the lack of inventory in the store and on the shelves... Hoping that is just a restructuring process going on at the moment. Otherwise it would be a clear indication that the Key Largo store may be inevitable on its way to... Shutting its doors!!!Maybe we as... Locals should be showing our Patronage to this store alot more, even though we only find ourselves there only when all else fails... SHOULD in fact be shopping there more often then less, because when we truly need it for those, I cant find anywhere items...Will be lost to Us all...So please gather your children, spouses and Seniors and bring them All shopping ASAP, Before its to late and its G.O.N.E...Just a strong suggestion!!! I dread going in this location, NOT related to the staff. The past 6 or 8 times, they havent had what Im looking for. This place has gone down hill over the past 10 years. I only go there as a last resort, and they always fail. I dont know why I continue to try. Please CLOSE and replace it with something else.

There is next to nothing in this store. Half the store is blocked and closed off. I did manage to get some discounted socks for the kids.

I purchased 5 blouses 2 weeks ago. I attempted to return 2 of them today, as they came apart in the laundry. They refused the return, stating all sales are final. I simply left the blouses on the counter and walked out.Thank God they are going out of business.May I recommend putting the worlds largest Taco Bell in that location🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Empty store cant find anything needed have to drive up to main land. When can we have a target or walmart there 🤔. They are only utilizing 1/2 the store rest is blocked off.

Go here if you need anything for the beach, snorkeling, or fishing. This one has a better selection of beach stuff than the one in Marathon. Marathon has a better selection of regular stuff. Five stars if youre looking for anything for the beach. Fewer stars if youre looking for a standard Kmart.

One of the few surviving stores. Its hard to see them fading out when Ive been their customer for so long.I visit the Key Largo store everytime I visit the Keys. Great and friendly people there.

If this store hasnt been ransacked and looted, maybe it should be. It would be an improvement. This store had been in decline for years and is the only department store in Key Largo. If youre headed to Key Largo, do yourself a favor and stop on Homestead and get whatever you might need.

This store has GOT to be shutting down soon. There is absolutely next to nothing here. The garden dept is 90% empty as are the other depts. The only items that are well stocked are the touristy things...boogie boards, water toys and snacks etc. Ill be glad when its finally gone and something beneficial to the locals fills this space.

This is hands down the best Kmart Ive ever been in, I have not been in one this nice in at least 15 years. Being here was almost like a step back in time to the early 2000s and 90s, even more so with the 80s and 90s music selection which was really good. The store is very well stocked with a little bit of everything and the staff very friendly, and when they dont have to be too busy they will even dance to the 80s and 90s music. I have to give five stars, wish there where more Kmart stores like this instead of so many Wal-Mart stores. Big fan of this place now.

Needs better customer service/friendliness. Maybe hire more kids cause the adults look like they hate there jobs. No offense but since when is it OK to roll your eyes at someone walking into the fitting room because you dont feel like putting there clothes back. And if your working the register dont get upset cause you have to take clothes off the hanger.

Wow Kmart is in trouble. This was the only place I could find near me to get a device to heat water for coffee. Only thing that bumped it to a 2 star...

No wonder KMarts are almost extinct! One little lady in the whole store was interested and smiled. The rest........Dont bother me attitude. Just saw all the reviews below mine. So I wasnt the only one.

Nice people work there and they speak English. Even ones where Spanish is their first language go out of their way to be helpful. The store is not crowded, so you dont have to wait in long lines. They dont give you a hassle if you have to return something. You can get a manager right away if you ask for one. Of all Kmarts, this is the best !

Wow, I cant wait till this location goes out of business so a better operated store can take its place!I think this place must run special ads to find the worst possible employees on the planet. No joke, the employees get bussed in from the worst neighborhoods of neighboring city of homestead!! Then they handle our CC and customer service?? No hellos, no thank yous; only stares from the employee! Customer service reps will say she needs to check the computer in the back AND LEAVE TO SMOKE OUTSIDE!!!!!!!! While everyone waits!! Cashiers will leave the register and decide to walk over to the other register and gossip while we wait for her to come back when shes done.Lastly the people working there honestly look like the people you lock your doors around when you see them walking in public!!! It resembles more like Kmart hires active prisoners as employees!! The cashiers look like they belong on a chain gang!!I love Kmart, I just think they need to clean this employee team up.. At least start drug testing.. well, that might not work cause they would all likely fail...

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service I have lived in this town for 25 years and it never gets any better the garden shop is horrible I always buy plants in the summer and I have to end up going to Home Depot in Homestead because half of the plants they have outside are half dead or completely dead, I own a bunch of orchids and they never have any supplies that I need for orchids, but recently they came out with a plan of plants for life and I thought it was a wonderful idea  for the plants that dont make it through the summer and you can replace them I just went to the store today and the manager was oblivious she never heard of that plan was acting like it doesnt exist then when I explained it to her she said oh yeah we dont do that anymore just to prove her wrong I purchased a couple of plants and the receipt printed out the disclaimer of plans for life showed it to them and they said oh okay I guess we do well anyway you dont have a receipt so you cant do nothing. But I do know for a fact that in the past they can look it up with my credit card. I wish that a real store will come and buy over the store and get rid of it 25 years of lame Kmart in Key Largo its really annoying.

Nothing fancy, but welcome alternative to local over priced gift stores. Large, well lit, well stocked store with everything you forgot to take with you on vacation that you suddenly realized you now need. Above average service and checkout speed.

Worst service ever he is a very slim black boy throwing our cookies & chips around he has a bad attitude. cashier 1 at 2.01pm Sunday. I called the manager and told her about him. I have never been treated like that. Put someone that wants and needs a job there. He is not good for your business and i hope corparate does something anout him.

Was recently there and a young lady I think her name was Anjela Well she was such a great help .!

They were closed, doors locked at 9:30pm when it says closes at 10pm. They never have anything you need. They don’t even have regular bed pillows any more but hey if you need a weighted blanket they have 2 aisles of them on sale....:: it keeps getting worse and worse every time I go in. The departments are slowly getting removed. The pharmacy is gone, now the garden center is gone except a few flowers and herbs in front.

My casher was being bullied by another cashier, while the csm watched and did nothing. This bully then proceeded to eat her lunch at the register. She was pulling noodles out of her lunch and placing them on a piece of receipt paper on the conveyor belt. Real classy!I did say...dont you offer your employees a break room. At that point she told her to go the break room.I felt so bad for my cashier!!!

Kevisia has awesome customer service skills, she’s always smiling she walks the floor with me if I need help finding products.. sometimes I come shop just to see her .

Walk into Kmart and see a hand full of employees at the service counter talking. Go to jewelry and no one is there, walk to the make up isle and see and employee and ask if I can get help in the jewelry counter. I was instructed to walk back to the front of the store and ask for help there. Walk to the counter and see 2 employees talking and as they see me approach they make eye contact one walks away the other pretends shes doing something under the counter and ignores me. I wait for her to say something like can I help you and shes like yes I ask can I get help at the jewelry counter? She gets annoyed like I bothered her to do her job! No smile just attitude she than tells the girl who was talking to her to help me at the counter. I walk away and she comes to the counter I ask her if she can or has the tools to open a watch so I can figure out the battery to purchase (i needed 4 different batteries) with attitude she says we dont do that. Okay well thanks for your help lady! Grab my stuff and walk away.Ask someone at the section with te light bulbs to help me locate a light bulb he was much nicer and did help me look but no suggestion to maybe try ordering online or even looking if its an item the store actually carries. No real help there either. The only employee who was friendly and treated me with a smile was the cashier whom Im pretty sure is either management or supervisor.Kmart seriously needs new employees working there. Every time I go everyone is miserable or has a really bad attitude! Get it together! Your more expensive than Walmart and just for the convenience Ill pay more to not have to drive mainland. But at this point Id rather order of amazon! Replace Kmart with Target and the Keys will not only have gained a reputable quality store but good competitive prices and happy employees.Tired of this Kmart and lack there of actual good retail customer service!
