I am not surprised to see the rating of a 1 for this business. I am a long time customer as a small business owner. I moved here from Northern Virginia where they were appreciative of my business and very efficient. I have given this location two opportunities and am finished. Yesterday I was there to get some copies and an associate was helping a customer in the print area. I went to the counter where a dark haired woman was proofreading jobs. She kept looking over her shoulder, aware that I was standing there, hoping that I would disappear. Out of frustration I indicated that I was not invisible and that poor customer service was unacceptable. She could have cared less! I will order all of my items now from Amazon! OfficeMax, I would suggest you screen your employees better.

After raising their prices for printing a page from $.09 to $.15 I thought what an increase. But now, they have disabled their self service copying and printing. Now you have to wait in line for a live person to print your one page mailing label for $2.30! Meanwhile, the national website says they have returned to $.09 per copy. I just got 10 pages done at FedEx up on the mainland for $1.30 including tax. I wonder if THE UPS Store, and other local print services have raised their prices 2400% also.
