Amazing service. Dwayne went above and beyond to help me with getting my trailer. I wasnt able to come in right away, so Dwayne worked with me on the phone and through email. He was able to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. By the time I made it into the lot all I had to do was inspect the trailer, sign, pay, hook up and go. I was extremely impressed with Dwayne ability to handle multiple things at once. When I arrived he was processing three sales and still took the time to speak with me answer at least three calls. The work was perfection, came back to fine tune some things, were prompt and fast, and charged a price what was probably too low to be fair in the keys. I will not waste my time searching for other trailer repair businesses because Hitch King Trailers is outstanding. Dwayne expertly identified the uneven tire wear issue as an axle issue (caused by faulty installation by the manufacturer) and quickly repaired the issue for a very reasonable fee. Very surprised and very happy with the work, the speed of completion, the straight talk to this newbie trailer owner, and the very reasonable price. The camper store that sold us this camper-trailer gave me nothing but hedges, vague promises and double-talk when in came to diagnosing the problem - so we went to Hitch King Trailers hoping to get it fixed and get it behind us.
