My process for my custom vehicle was seamless. All of the staff were always friendly and personable, each department works hard to provide you with your wants but also give you every little deal and incentive they can provide you. Edgar was knowledgeable and straight forward with me - I never felt like I was being pressured into anything I didn’t want/need! Highly recommend!!!

Actually very disappointed in service overall! I have a maintenance plan with my car and they tried to charge me extra for the parts of it! Not the 1st time. With all my other dealerships around America I have always gotten a complimentary car wash or a vacuum! Here they were only concerned of charging me for the parts! Will not see me again!
Extremely friendly staff and very helpful. They really did everything possible to make sure I got the best deal for financing and walked out with everything I asked for. Vehicle repairs can be extremely difficult in the Keys. Issues can range from qualified techs to getting parts. Throw Covid into the mix and you can have a real mess. Key West Ford Service Department did everything in their power to get our vehicle back on the road. Parts were ordered numerous times, only to have some them not arrive. KW Ford had our back by providing a loaner to get us mobile while waiting. Regina kept us informed as things progressed. We were happily reunited with our vehicle and everything is running smoothly!
I dont know why but Ive had some pretty bad experiences with car dealerships in the past. But every interaction Ive had with someone at this dealership has been extremely pleasant. Everyone who I have spoken to has been extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone to go here!

Our check engine light came on. Stopped by just to have the code read. We were willing to pay. We were told; they’re not doing anything or touching any vehicle until after the storm passes. Completely understand but it was sunny skies and everyone was sitting around talking. Went down to NAPA; had the code read for free in less then 5 minutes. Not impressed… won’t be doing business here again.
Great experience from beginning to end. Lorenzo and the service department took care of our needs and got us in and out with an outstanding shuttle service to our destination while the truck was being serviced. This is how a service department should be. Great job guys!!!
We had some electrical issues with our 2016 F-150 and it was due for oil/tire rotation. Service desk worked with us concerning the cost of multiple diagnostic test and we spoke with technician and talked about the issues. Turned out to be a simple fix. Long day in waiting area but happy with staff.
I made an appointment three days ago at the key West Ford on Roosevelt Blvd. I was told to be there at 7am and no one was there. Finally someone showed up at 7:30am never said a word to me. I waited until 7:45am and I still wasn’t greeted. When someone finally acknowledged that I was standing there, he said are you waiting for me? I said I don’t know, I was told to be here at 7am. He ask for my name and look me up on his tablet and said we don’t have you on our schedule. I was pretty mad by this time so I said WOW! And left. I will never go there again nor recommend anyone to this unprofessional place. Should a 0 star rating!
Lorenzo was informative, helpful and attentive to my questions and concerns. The service shuttle took me home and even picked me up when my car was ready. Says a lot for island life and courtesy. Very happy with this experience.

Great customer service. I had a recall for my F150. I called the Service Dept to make an appointment. The call taker was very pleasant and worked with me in order to schedule a time during my days off.When I brought my F150 to the service department, Lorenzo was expecting me and the paperwork was finished in a short amount of time.The Ford service center also provides transportation for customers that have to leave their vehicles. I was pretty impressed that the Service Manager drove me back home.My truck was ready to be picked up about an hour later. When I arrived, again, no wait time. Lorenzo had the paperwork finished and brought my truck around so I didn’t have to wait.The experience was pleasant and refreshing. Lorenzo treated me like I was a long time customer. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. Lorenzo exemplified great customer service. Thank you for making one of the chores I dislike the most a pleasant experience.

Arrived at 9am and talked to Lorenzo and what my car needed. Very courteous and professional. I was fine just walking around for several hours he told me it would take most of the day.I arrived back around 3 and truly found myself busy. Talked to one of your customers and had such a good time I didn’t want him to leave.Stayed busy on phone and then Eric came in and asked me if I was waiting for service and I said yes Lorenzo took care of me. He realized Lorenzo had gone home and it was closing time.Victor and Eric got me a loaner car to drive back home to Marathon. Before I left I still ended up talking to Victor and Eric for another 15 minutes. Lol I just didn’t want to leave. They are so kind and apologizing I felt bad. Please note that the day was a great day because I just enjoyed even just sitting in your waiting room. Rude upon walking into the office, mask not correctly on face, specially when we were only a couple feet away from each other. When I asked for them to please fix it they yelled “it’s doesn’t matter!!!”They don’t return our phone calls or call the correct number when our car was finished, waiting for us to call them, when we had given them our number multiple times. Had a recall on one car and they tried to tell us there was over a $1,000 of work to be done- when it was not really needed, we have mechanics in the family that agreed.Hold your breath when coming here as there not really anything better anywhere else.

This Ford dealership only wants to help with warranty things if it best suited for them. Didn’t return phone calls. Then brought the vehicle in to get the wheels and tires looked at and they told me that they wouldn’t help me with the warranty.
I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Key West Ford. They are on the ball! As soon as I pulled up, they knew the vehicle and greeted me by name. Confirming what they needed to do, they took my truck with no fuss or delay. When I went back to pick it up, I received the same great quick service. What was really nice is that everyone I saw had smiles on their faces!

I love my Ford Explorer! My father in-law retired from Ford! Had a recall appear on my ford app which was discribed as “very important”. And one of my speakers just went out. I called and was told that there was no Ford advisor avaliable, which without, no appointments can be made. I was then informed they are unable to tell me when appointments will begin being made again. So, I guess key west ford doesn’t do repairs? Or recalls? Very disappointed. I bought in KW so I didn’t have to travel out of KW! Ugh.

Do yourself a favor and pick this place! Very helpful staff and once directed to your car specialist you will get a fast & honest diagnosis. Mine is Chuck and this man knows what he’s doing and isn’t here to get your money. There were multiple issues going on with my car and Chuck was able to assess them all. The day after a new light came on and I just pulled in, asked for him even though it wasn’t one of his service days, he got my car in the shop right away and fixed the issue without asking for a dime! I took my car to Key West Ford to answer a safety recall notice that had been issued by Ford motor company. When I called Key West Ford first and spoke with a customer service person I gave all the details about the safety recall and gave my contact details and was told by the representative that someone would contact me shortly. The safety recall was a very important matter that determined how safe it was to drive the car eight 2013 Ford Focus. I waited for two or more weeks to hear back from Key West Ford and eventually I called again and was finally able to make an appointment to get the correction done. The correction was in fact done in a timely manner and it appears that the car is functioning properly. If the customer service department had been more proactive in answering my initial call in a timely manner I would be awarding a higher level of satisfaction but as it is because I had to call twice on a matter that according to Ford was urgent I cannot give key west Ford A rating higher than average. I will say the service technicians I spoke with were very polite and businesslike and their demeanor and I am glad to have the safety recall addressed.

Had an issue with my car door latch while on vacation. Called the service center before arriving hoping for an emergency appointment to have it either fixed or temporarily secured enough to get home. They told me the earliest they could see me was 3 weeks. I don’t usually plan my vehicle breakdowns 3 weeks in advance so had to pass. Went to a different repair place and had it done within an hour.
I have a 2017 Ford Escape. I was putting some bags in my passenger side front door and I noticed a small triangle shapedpiece of the body in front of the outside mirror was gone. The piece was about 8 Long on each side. I was in Key West so I pulled into the dealership to the service lane. A service writer came out and looked at the missing spot. I say the warranty should cover that, right? No, the service writer said. Somebody could have stolen it. I was in no mood so I said where can I order one? This guy gets ZERO STARS! That was pure Baloney. I went to Parts and Justin quickly and efficiently took care of ordering the missing piece of body for me. I told him I could get back to Key West for about 5 weeks and he said I will keep it until you make it back. I paid Justin and headed home. In the trip home, I started thinking. The Ford is garage kept. Nobody stole it! It blew off plain and simple. The service writer was just dodging a warranty repair, in my opinion . I was able to go to Key West today. I called Justin to make sure he had the part. After he answered and said the part was there. I said I want to tell you something that has nothing to do with you and is not a reflection on you. Sure, Justin said. I told him about the Nonservice writer, garage kept Ford and asked him to ask someone how to put it on and I will put it on myself . Justin asked what time I would be there and he would help me . I got there, he got the part and walked out to my Ford and carefully put it on. He asked me to open the door to make sure it didnt interfere .Justin 100% Awesome Service and Five STARS!Service writer, 0% real service and ZERO STARS in my opinion. Pretty worthless.Ask for Justin!

My 2016 F150 engine light came on and it was shaking a little bit when idling, so I took it to the Ford Dealership Key West . It took 5 days for them determine that it just needed an oil change. I had to call them repeatedly to find out information. Not impressed with their customer service.
