I got a new modem and cable box and the gentlemen that assisted me, his name is Angel, was not only friendly but also very professional and was kind enough to help me to install my new equipment step by step until I was all set-up! Also offered me a great package for my budget! Extremely helpful!!!

Had problem receiving signal. They told me they would come out and look at the line and that there would not be a service charge. Despite that from their foreign customer service rep they sent a bill for $100. I called to complain and they said they had nothing in their notes stating their rep said there would be no charge. they would not completely remove the charge.
Internet has been out for 24-hrs...no updates provided and nearly impossible to reach someone via phone. Outages happen quite often, not worth what I pay monthly

I wish I could give no stars.They charged me $200 twice in two days.I set up a scheduled payment. I ended up being able to pay sooner than the scheduled payment so I CANCELLED the scheduled payment and paid the past due amount in full. Two days later they pulled out the same amount UNAUTHORIZED. I called in and was told by the agent he would have the amount reversed and to watch my account. I called back the next day to double check something was being done about the refund and guess what, nothing was being done. No note was on my account. There was no ticket put in for a refund.. no nothing. So I asked for a manger. I was disconnected from 3 times. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. I still didnt get my mlmeh refunded. They just applied what they took to next months bill. They told me I just made a prepayment instead of a late payment. Could be considered THEFT? My bank is looking into it.I wish we had more options.
Went into customer service today to return some equipment the two agents in there were more interested in talking about football with each other than helping me return my items
Comcast as well as ATT are the worst. Multiple installation appointments made for cable, no one shows up, no email, no phone call. The customer service is dismal as well. Too bad we have no other choices in Key West. Its a shame the way customers are treated.
My internet has been out for a week. I’ve called every single day. On Thursday, they were scheduled to come out. No one showed or even called. I called them. They set up for someone to come Friday. Of course, no one showed or called. I called again today, they scheduled for someone to come on Monday. I don’t even want service with them anymore. They are absolutely terrible. They breached the contract I signed with them and I will be cutting services as soon as I get with a new cable company. This is absolutely ridiculous. I also filed a bbb complaint against them. I urge all of y’all to do the same.
They are out at least 4 times a month, now they been out 5 times in the last week. then their automated system makes it almost impossible to get through and they never offer a rebate. Their reputation as the worst companey in the world is well deserved.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had experience with. Never in my time using Comcast have I resolved an issue in one simple phone call. When I say worst customer service, I’m not referring to rude employees, I’m referring to how incapable they are. I’d rather go to a lesser internet company and suffer worst internet speeds, than spend another second dealing with this sorry excuse of an internet provider.
I returned some equipment Xfinity mailed me because it was the exact same model equipment I already had. I had put everything back in the Xfinity box and arrived at the store at 835am, only 35 minutes after they open. I was greeted by an employee and asked what I needed. I stated I was returning equipment that arrived the day before because it was no better than my current equipment. Employee is immediately annoyed and tells me to take the equipment out of the box I cant do anything with it in the box were her words. Ironic an Xfinity employee is as annoyed as I was at this box showing up causing more work for us both. Anyway, she accepted the equipment after unpacking it herself and gave me a receipt.I am still waiting for my 65 minute late call back from Xfinity to fix the billing issues and loss of half my tv channels this debacle caused. But perhaps what hurts the most is that Im not really disappointed, it is just Xfinity doing what they do best, charging you money to aggravate you. Some restaurant chains do the same but at least they serve alcohol. Xfinity just serves internet at 7% the speed you pay for and 300 channels you have never watched or would care to.
Giving them 1 star is a plus. 0 stars is more like it. Ordered phone service. Drove 25 miles home. Phone does not work. Drove back to Key West and they wanted $50 for a tech to come out. They considered it a self install. All I did was plug my phone jack into my existing modem. I asked for management but you never get them. Rep told me to go home, that it had been activated. She could not explain how this activation would work compared to the first 2 attempts. Well, I went home again and again it was not working. Went to their online chat and WOW, within minutes it was working. Will someone please just shut down this office? Even the guy in front of me was trying to understand why he kept getting a defected modem. He had not had cable for 5 days. These ladies dont care, they are all about the paycheck. Thats a monopoly for you.
Absolutely worst company. They over charge me all the time and wont give me money back. They charged me 70$ service fee when their equipment broke and I asked to get the charge deleted they said sorry we cant. We dont have the authority. Internet service isnt that great but isnt terrible. I dropped them.

Poor service, they couldnt fix my problem 10 days!!! They promesed to help, change 3 times the modem, twice came the technical master and finally no connection. Never ever recomend for my friend to use this ridiculous company, you can wait 1 hour on the line to talk with support and still no solutions. Defiantly will change that provider.
As much as I hate going to to the Comcast store they were very friendly and there was no line. I was able to swap out cable box for a new one and got out within 5 minutes parking was a little tight though
Agents admit that they dont care about their own offerings even when shown, BB&T black fat dude also harasses people from time to time while not wearing any identification on what position he works for, location is just a payment location, not a service center. Also tried to get business class only for a guy from their department to refuse work orders three times only to get my service disrupted after he leaves.Once they sent a guy to truesdale court only for him to be insulting, swear to the point of waking four people up, brag about how he would curse the manger but drive off once the manger got on site then marked the appointment as customer not being home. I had to be called in to fix the problem myself which was very simple, splitter replacement, he attempted to install a cable amp at the same residence only for it to cause problems where it had to be remove because someone kept unplugging it to plug in a vcr.

Outages all the time!! How can you accept phone orders for your business. When they have outages for hours at a time??? Our busiest days for pizza orders and they are down, too many times we are switching back to at&t
Ive had fairly negative experiences in the past, but Rayshon was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable, helpful and positive. Rayshon went above and beyond to solve a technical issue. When that was resolved, she then proceeded to essentially set up my entire cable service. She took what could have been a frustrating experience and demonstrated what sublime customer service looks like.

Absolutely the worst service to ever exist.. they have a monopoly on cable here in the Florida Keys and treat customers like foreigners.Cable has quit working, they tell me it would be 8 days before they can get me back on line.. I am on day 6 now, no cable, no phone, no internet. Still 6 days to go for a tech to come out and fix my cable according to them..They still want their monthly payment though I bet.Do whatever you can to NOT deal with this company..

Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with no help solving their problem. I called an cancelled my service and they did not get that right either. Now they say the balance is over $200. I have spent 5 hrs on the phone to get this corrected with no luck.... Comcast please reach out to me an have somebody solve a simple billing problem turned into a NIGHTMARE.Had appointment scheduled for 3 months and was advised that was in outside install. Nobody needed to be there or need to get inside. We had 13 guest coming for the week. We had no cable or Wi-Fi and cost us $100’s in data overages. The problem was we called back and nobody would help or CARED.

I have had excellent service. When I had a bad box a few years ago, they sent technicians to my place five times, until I got the superb box I have had since. Super-good HD, large storage, and slo-mo, which ATT&T ridiculously does not have. Highly competent technicians. Great service at their office. In fact, after decades of AT&T phone and their internet, I am going to switch both to Comcast tomorrow because both the phone and internet have degraded at AT&T in just the last year.

In case you havent noticed. Hurricane Irma has passed. ATT phone service never went down. Comcast seems to be missing. Not the bills. They are like clockwork. TV and internet.... Whats that? Hello Comcast. Its Key West. You know, where you have a monopoly? Dont say Dish. SO glad you didnt convince me to give up my ATT house phone. When you see the news and the Green Parrot letting people us there phone to contact family, thats an ATT phone. Verizon cell service was out for while but they have been back for days. If it wasnt for Verizon, we would be completely disconnected. Id be happy to see a truck so I might think they are doing something.
