Have made numerous purchases over the years and found customer service to be outstanding. If there was a issue it was corrected. There are a great many items which are displayed, albeit in a rather small store. Only wish floor area were a bit larger. You will fine the staff friendly and sincere.

I cannot say enough about Mary and her team at this store. After what was an awful experience with the corporate customer service, this store came to my rescue to ensure an order I placed was completed and to my satisfaction. I had placed a rather large order and received 3 stools shipped poorly with absolutely no wrapping. With that, one of the stools were broken, and unfortunately there were no other stools in stock for corporate to ship and replace the broken one. I was able to track down 2 stools at the Key West store. They were excellent! Shipped the stool and helped me with everything. I cannot express how happy I was to receive such excellent customer service and concern with making my order right. Thank you!!

I cannot remember having a worse experience at a retail store. I purchased outdoor furniture: one wicker loveseat and a matching wicker chair. I chose cushions. The love seat cushion was in stock, and the clerk (Tyler) offered to order the matching cushion for the chair. I paid for everything and asked that the furniture be held until I could return with my SUV to take it home. Tyler told me that I didnt need to worry about keeping the receipt because they had it on file. I returned at 8:30 pm. I was told that they could not let me pick up the stuff because they closed in 30 minutes. I didnt argue, though it made no sense to me. I didnt need their help. I returned the next day and took home everything but the chair cushion. Several days later, I received a call that the chair cushion was not available. I returned to the store with the love seat cushion to exchange for another pattern. I was refused an even exchange because I didnt have the receipt. Once again, I left without completing my intended task. I returned the next day with the love seat cushion and the receipt. I found matching cushions in a pattern I liked. The store refused an even exchange because I bought the items on sale and they were no longer on sale. The clerk (her name tag identified her as a Sales Leader) said I could return the ones I purchased at the sale price and buy the replacements at full price. What really bothered me was how I was treated. You would have thought I had committed some unforgivable act. The personnel (except for Tyler) were downright indifferent to me, and were just plain rude. I doubt I will return to Pier One in Key West. Its a shame. The furniture was exactly what I wanted. Oh well, there are plenty of furniture retailers. I might even find one that cares about the customer.
