Went inside to get gas since the pumps never seem to work and the girl at the register with glasses was maskless and coughing without covering her mouth at all! Unsanitary and just plain rude to me and everyone else in line. Have been stopping by here for awhile and the pumps are always broken. Youre better off finding another gas station.

Cashier wearing no mask was blasting some kind of noise behind the register.... Seemed to be on a loud phone call while we waited in a VERY long line . Coughing all over the place!! Is unemployment so bad they keep people like this? Absolutely abysmal!

This morning, Circle K has sign on their door re: shortage of coins from Federal Reserve, if possible please pay with exact change, credit card, etc. All I had on me was cash. It was not possible to give them exact change. The transaction was $10.41. They they told me I had to give them $11.00 and they keep the overpayment of $.59. I told them to forget it; keep their stuff. They were doing this to several customers; many were outraged. Why is it that the consumer is paying for THEIR cash flow difficulties? Why doesnt the consumer get to keep the 41 cents? Also, does this mean they are not paying tax on the additional 59 cents? This is just ONE transaction. Imagine the tax-free money they are earning in an entire day, week, month, year.

Fantastic customer service. The manager and her staff helped my daughter recover stolen items from outside the store. She company paid for shipping to send them back to us in another state.

Never any pizza available. Their pizza is very good at a good price. Would love to be able to order a hole pizza for pick up.

I come here all the time because I live on Geiger key and theres always problems with the soda machine theres always problems with them having the proper cups and lids for the coffee machine soda machines Ill get there in the morning and theyll be no breakfast sandwiches at all its really kind of the worst Circle K in the lower Keys but its the only Circle K around the Ten Mile Marker sorry you got to take it or leave it but the staff barely speaks English and the place is constantly being overwhelmed and then left in shambles and youll be lucky if the bathrooms are open and clean if that I gave them three stars because I know the place gets slammed and all the people that work construction go there in the morning before heading into Key West and sometimes it gets hit with lots of tourists using bathroom and all I want to do this and that and blah blah blah so the people that do work there and put up with the s*** deserve some credit and I see them every day so I want to be nice

Seems like the one-star feedback have indeed been passed on to the local manager! ;) I had an appealing experience. They didnt have tonic water, but the staff member was helpful and friendly. :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Headed to the military base in tractor trailer for a pick up. Stop here for bathroom break and food. Says made fresh they refused to make anything. And female cashier was scratching off lottery tickets where food should be made. Was there on 3/22/19 at 6pm.

I concur with all the other 1 star raters. I am an Uber driver, regularly fuel there, rarely go in. Today, I remembered why. First I went to use the bathroom. There was a wet floor sign. No closed sign. As I entered, I was rudely told I had to wait. The toilet in the other restroom I waited for didnt flush. So then I got an iced coffee and grabbed a breakfast bowl out of the hot case. When I pointed out there were no lids for the coffee, the employee, was basically like, Nope no lids, sorry. Come on, honestly, too lazy to stock? Then when another employee asked how to ring up the bowl, the cook comes and grabs it off the counter, You cant have that! Its not for sale! SO RUDE!!!. It was the only thing in the case that looked even remotely appetizing. Why was it in there if not for sale? Someones personal food? Had someone already been eating it? I wont even go back for gas.

Terrible attitude from the staff, hardly a word of English spoke. Grunts or pure ignorance seems to be the order of the day.

3 times now, no coffee, no lids, no cups. What happened to this place?? It used to be my go to coffee on the way to work. I tried to get lottery, all the tickets were in the wrong slots. Just terrible.

I use to live on Boca Chica Rd across the rd. This was my go to store, never had a problem, always clean, good people working there. Had my morning coffee here every day before going to work.

The bathroom was nastyyyyy and they dont even have soap in the bathroom to wash your hands

Got gas there early January 2018. Car died on the turnpike and had to be towed. Bad fuel. Car is in the shop getting the gas tank and the fuel system flushed out and Im missing work and spending money on a hotel.

Clean and friendly. Cold slurpees.
