Protest at the entrance.. how sad is that?

My experience with Loren was wonderful. If you dont want to buy something then say so, its your money. She was not pushy at all. I would definitely go back.

Very aggressive sales people. They start the prices high and gradually keep lowering them until you buy! The product is average. OK. Nothing special. Dont go for free facial. They just want to sell you more products.

As we were walking by this store on Duval we asked why there were people protesting. The employees that were loitering outside began screaming at us and threatening us. We were in no way being offensive simply curious as to what was going on. From the way they spoke to us for asking innocent questions I would NEVER go into this store, and would fear my safety being alone with any of these men. The City of Key West should shut this business down.

This shop is a tourist trap. Do not give business. The good ratings cant be from a legit local guide.

The salesperson was wonderful. He was from Israel. I love the Israeli people. The products are wonderful. This is the only product for wrinkles that has worked for me.

The name of the store is no longer Orogold. It is Cleopatras. It must not be that great of a business if thry have to stand outside and lure people inside with free samples. No other store on the island does that. The interior of the store is filthy. Cosmetic shouldnt be sold there. I was not allowed to look up ingredients of cosmetics for my esthetician to evaluate

Stay away... Id advise to cross the street rather than walk in front unless you want to be accosted and harassed by the employees/owners. Being called an eFing wh0re for not wanting to partake in your product is not a good business model.

Mike is the best skin care specialist. His knowledge of the products and the way he demonstrated and applied to my skin made me realize how much the products will improve and help retain the improvements that were evident as a result of the facial he performed. Under my eyes, marionnette lines, my neck...truly unbelievable. I sure will be a loyal client.Thank you Mike.

Ive never really paid much attention to the cosmetic stores in key west. I just assumed they were just the sort of places you would find in a tourist town, just like the $5 dollar shirt stores all around key west. But today I was walking with my spouse on Duval and we happened to pass by Orogold. I saw the protesters out front, Ive seen them around and they never cause me any trouble, they always stay off to the end of the sidewalk and let you pass by. A man who worked for Orogold was out front and looked at my spouse as we were walking by and asked do you agree with what these people are saying? My spouse just looked at him and smiled, he then proceeded to call my spouse a f@%&ing expletive. You can imagine I would be angry and I decided to tell him how I felt. He then pulled out his phone to record me and call me racist. The protesters warned us that he was trying to provoke me into fighting with him so I backed off and we walked away. I found out about the protesters facebook page and discovered the name of the man. He happens to be the co-owner of Orogold named Zohar Alon. Do not go near this place and do not talk to the employees. I will be putting in a formal complaint with the city.

Owner spent his evening boycotting another local business because HIS business was being protested. Unbelievable. Sales people were pushy when we walked past later in the evening trying to get us to take samples. Shop clearly says it is unlicensed by the state of Florida for cosmetology or specialty services. I’d avoid this at all costs given the behavior of the owner and his staff.

Rip off artists! Way overpriced products that are no better than a $15 bottle of skin cream you can get at Walgreens. They prey on elderly on vulnerable and employ deceptive sales tactics. Horrible people - will stop at nothing for a dollar. They give Jews a bad name. They need to leave!!!

Stay away from this store- they are aggressive scammers who insult, demean, and bully their way to try and sell products costing several hundred dollars. Read reviews on the company- they lure people from out of country with promises of high commissions and they will do anything to make a sale. Read about all the fraudulent credit card charges. Read about the police involvement. Read about the protestors in front of the store and what the manager did to them. Read everything- but do NOT go there. Was a horrible experience for me. They prey on women’s feelings of insecurity and ageism to passive-aggressively sell nonsense products. Stay away!

Be aware of these SCAM ARTISTS. They will push you into things you don’t need then charge unauthorized amounts on your credit card.-Report your issues to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU-ALWAYS LOOK AT THE FINAL CHARGE AMOUNT-Call and wait for Key West Police department and report fraud

They ripped off family members of mine and repeated fraudulent cc charges were made from their store without consent or signature.CC company reimbursed charges and is now officially investigating Orogold. They will likely have their merchant account revoked for this behavior.BUYER BEWARE.

While vacationing in key west they lured me in i let then demonstrate the product like the eye serum for 299.00 she kept pulling the fast one by saying Ill throw this that and the other in for free my bill was 967.00 when I authorized 400.00. Total. When I complained she said no refunds ...what I never said they could charge that on my card she handed me the receipt in a sealed envelope. My husband threatened to call the police if they didnt refund the sale. Do not go there ever total scam artest. And theyre good at it too.

Very Pushy...looking more into it it’s a scam, glad we got out unharmed. Open the sealed envelope with the receipt because they will overcharge if you are elderly or intoxicated. Call the police when they push back and remember, Key Wset requires a 30-day return policy. Also report to Better Business Bureau and Florida Attorney General if they rip you off.

I love the products, my skin looks so much better.Thanks to the personal assistance from the skin care specialist.The products last for a long time which makes the price very reasonable.

The people who work at this store have to be some of the rudest people on the planet. While on vacation in key west I was walking past this store front and one of the workers SNAPPED HIS FINGERS IN MY FACE. Yes he literally stuck his hand out and kept snapping his fingers because I was ignoring his sales rant. It was incredibly rude and accosting. From what the locals say this store is also a rip off with high pressure sales tactics. I hope this place gets shut down.

I had read about these products online but could never get myself to spend all the money on it but when I was in key west a guy named mike gave me a buy one get one deal so j could get both the things I wanted! So happy and excited for my skin!

I worked there for a year. Im a born U.S. citizen .just do 2 min of research. These sales people will write there one good reviews. Just look at the bad ones and if you dare to enter just test them try to get up and come back they will do everything in there power to stay.they can not sale without the hard puc.

I was walking by and Michael stopped me and asked me to come in to be treated to a complimentary product for my eyes. It was such an impressive and immediate result that I was treated to other Orogold products that made me look 38 in less than 15 minutes. I am 58 and a lifelong costumer now not only of the wonderful products but the customer tewatment and enjoyable experience! Highly highly recommend stopping in and appreciate the experience and faceliftiing products that will make you look and feel 20 or more years younger! Thank you!

Horrible! Manager called me a LIAR when he asked why I want to return the unopened product! He would not let me speak, wanted to just bully me, then hung up on me! Unbelievable! I am contacting the BBB about this store right now!!!! STAY AWAY! BTW, the managers name is Mike.

Scam. Charging amnouts that you didnt pay, we had to call our bank to cancel them, otherwise our whole bank balance would jave been gone.Stay away

I feel scammed. I walked by the store With My mom then they gave us a free sample. U can see on alot other reviews on orogold see how it works. But he gave us all this free and amazing deals so me and My mom was almost convinced that we need to buy it. We got lucky cause the card didnt go trought with the payment of 500 dollars, So we bought something for 189dollars. We got lucky it didnt go troght but this selling tecnique is so wrong it feels like we got scammed. The man that sold us this namn was Shaun If u see this u should be ashamed, u tried to scam a 14year old and My mom im so mad i just want to go over there and talk to them but they wont care. Sorry if my english was bad im only 14 and from Sweden.
